It has been great. They did a great job. There's nothing to complain about. It was a year long contract. They came 3 or 4 times, did as promised and did a good job.

We moved into a new home in Bethesda, MD (Cabin John to be exact) and wanted to get a pest control service into the home before we moved our furnishings in. PestNow worked their schedule to accommodate our tight turn around. We've signed up for a continuing contract and as we settle into the new home and discovering issues both inside and outside the home they have been super response each time I've called. Once for mice and now for wood burrowing wasps outside our home. They are always courteous and prompt. They are our forever pest control!

It went well. I learned what to do with the roof to prevent them from coming in, and the traps helped to get rid of them.

Provider arrived on time, explained what services would be provided. Very knowledgeable about possible insects that could be around and time of season I should be watching carefully. He stated I could call them back anytime within a year if I see problems but with my purchase they will come back 3 times in a year. Highly recommended and very professional.

Jacob was great. They arrived on time and gave us a heads up when they were 30 minutes out. He was professional and the customer service is awesome and especially nice in this day and age where there doesn't seem to be many company's doing that these days.

The service itself was fine, but I had scheduled regular visits to our house every couple of months. I have not heard from PestNow for over a year now.

I bought there one year plan. They are fine. The price was okay. The first time was fine. In the past they kept blocking areas and it did not solve the problem. I had another guy to get that taken care of. They also removed some squirrels from the attic. I don't think they were very specialty. I would grade them on the low end.

We have found a noticeable decline in the number of mosquitoes. While it's tough to do away with them altogether, it's definitely much more pleasant in our yard. The PestNow staff are also very attentive to email and answered a number of questions that we had. They are great to work with.

Very friendly service and willing to answer all the questions that I presented. Very well trained staff and great customer service.

Both the "office" and the technician have been very responsive and polite. They arrived right on time for my initial treatment and did everything asked quickly and efficiently. I contacted them today about an interim treatment since I am still seeing some ants, and they responded immediately with an appointment tomorrow. I am not available, so they are coming on Fri. Very happy with their services thus far.

A Joseph Lyles came to my house at the specified time and told me about their contract. He eased my concern about having a pet and sprayed both the inside and outside of my house. He then told me if I had any problems with bugs between the quarterly spraying to give them a call and they would come back and respray. He also told me that with my contract, I get a free termite inspection. I have not had the opportunity to do that yet. My Lyles was very professional. I plan on staying with his company.

They’re really great, I’ve used them for several years. They don't seem to raise rates very often, in fact, they seem to decrease them. They're wonderful.

I got an additional bill for $10. I didn't know what it was for but I just paid it. They got back to me.

Went very well, and I was happy with the work. I was given a coupon for being a memeber of Angie's List. And if I see anything else they will come back with no charge. They did come back and re filled the stations and they didn't charge me.

Service was excellent, the traps were refilled every three weeks and the perimeter of the house was treated. I have not had any more rodent problems since the treatment.

The service technicians (two) showed up during the last half hour of the two hour window within which they were supposed to arrive. They were reasonably friendly and accommodated my request that they take off their shoes when they entered my home by putting "bootsies" (plastic covers) over their shoes before they came inside. The spraying was pretty efficient. The problem came in near the end of the service. After service was finished, I was asked to sign a document stating that I owed $359, although the service was supposed to be part of a $340 Angie's List deal that covered a year's worth of pest control services. When I stated the amount should be $0, due to the deal for the service that day, the technician called his home office and was instructed to print a new invoice. That new invoice also said I owed $359. He then put me on the phone with a Pest Now representative who told me she could send me a new invoice saying I owed $0 *after* I signed the current invoice that said I owed $359. I thought this didn't make much sense, but initially agreed, until I noticed that the signature block included a check mark box stating that I had "received and accepted" a service contract which was not included as part of the invoice which I was being asked to sign (in other words, I could not read and did not have the contract I was being asked to affirm, in a signed writing, that I had received and accepted). The representative then claimed that the service contract could only be sent to me *after* I checked the box agreeing that I had already received and accepted the contract at issue (which, remember, I have never received). When I explained that this was a conundrum, she put me on the phone with a supervisor who became verbally aggressive and began talking over me, asserting that I was "holding up" his technicians with my insistence that I actually see a contract before I sign something saying I accepted it. This was, in short, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't think that supervisor should ever deal with a customer again. I'm not even sure if this company should be in business if this is how it trains its representatives to speak to customers.

Appointments easy to schedule. Technicians prompt and very polite.

Both technicians that came to our house were fantastic! (Vinny came for the first visit and I did not catch the name of the second tech who came to our house for the follow-up appointment, but he was great, too!) The techs were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful! We really appreciated both of them taking the time to explain what they were doing and why.

The traps were put in all the likely places .

Technician was prompt. He clearly explained the treatment and results we can expect. We were briefed about the hornets and warned not to mow, approach, or walk about the tree until he gave us the all clear. SPECIAL NOTE: Each of the Angie's List A level firms contacted during my information gathering endeavor were courteous, professional, and concerned for our safety. (I had been attacked and stung repeatedly.)

So far so good. No pests in the house and that is good! Technician seemed knowledgeable and was courteous and punctual.

Technician checked rodent bait traps in kitchen, false attic, and outside. Anti-insect treatment administered throughout residence, including basement, with extensive treatment outside to prevent ant, termite, and spider colonies.

With PestNow treating our home on a quarterly basis, the ants, spiders and creepy crawlers are all gone! If I ever see one bug, I give them a call and they come out to do an additional treatment at no additional charge. They are great!

They were able to quickly diagnose the entry location which was in a spot where we didn't even know was an issue. Laid traps to help get rid of the mouse and told u how to fix the entry point.

Had problem with mice last year. They cam out checked every where and set traps. Within 2 weeks no more signs of mice. Re-newed contract for this year. They spray outside all around house, have a lot less spiders etc
