They were great. Schedule turn around time was great, they were on time and no nonsense. They were professional and thorough with their explanations. Received the second treatment this morning. No scheduling required. They just sent an email a month before to ensure the date was okay. Will receive two more treatments (quarterly) as part of the package.

Well enough. Placed traps and educated us on how to prevent mice from entering. Didn't find any mice that my husband hadn't already killed and didn't patch the hole behind our stove that was the probable entry point for the pests so my husband had to do that.

They came out and did the initial process. They put out some traps. They came back for their second visit without any problem.

They did a great job and I have no complaints.

PestNow came out and set 6 to 8 traps in the attic. They also put two larger traps on the side and in back of the house. They then came out on a regular basis to re-bait the traps until there was no more activity detected. I'm very pleased that they continued to come and re-bait.

I have used their pest control service for a few years, so far so good. But I was disappointed for the termite inspection service. I made an appointment for terminate inspection and preventive service estimate. He showed up on time and inspected the house. I talked with him and asked for a proposal for terminate treatment options, including prices for bait station as well as liquid. He said I should receive the proposal within 5-7 minutes. I did received the email soon but the email did not mention anything about terminate treatment. It's just an invoice. I called the office, the lady resent my the invoice including a price for termite treatment. And that's it. I don't understand how they define a proposal. But that's not the way I expect. With only a price and not discussing anything about the method and materials they are going to use, I can't choose them.

After my bad experience a few weeks ago with this company I left an review. A rep called apologizing for the incident and wanted another opportunity. The guy that came out was amazing, very punctual and professional. Did a great job inspecting the situation and provided great advice. Really can't find one thing to complain about which says a lot. I'm very comfortable with this company and will continue using them in the future.

The provider was informative and helpful. I just moved into a new home that had mouse traps. The provider did a search and told me to replace garage doors which I did. The provider also left treatments.

Tech was great. He figured out where the mice were getting in, set traps and yep, after a two days we caught them.

They showed up on time, did excellent work, and provided worthwhile advice.

It has been going okay. The initial quote on the services seemed to be significantly higher than what they accomplished. They're still doing a great job however there seemed to be a difference of opinion of what should and shouldn't be included in the quarterly service I'm paying for, They always come out when scheduled. They're very prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. They treat the areas that appear to be problematic. They're readily available if any follow-up is necessary. Initially, it was stated in the deal that they would also identify and repair areas where mice could potentially be coming in. We later learned that not only was it an additional fee but it was significantly higher than competitors.

Okay. I did not spend more than the deal price. They came out the next week. They came out on the 27th of October. I mean they came out when I requested them, they were timely. I guess since they haven't finished yet, I really haven't seen the results yet, you know, well I guess I won't see results when it comes to mice. I mean, I'm saying you never get rid of them, I don't think, because they found another hole and another one and whatever, you know, but as far as coming out they were timely. They came out when I asked. Interactions with them was alright, it was okay, it was fine, it was alright. I would say the work has turned out okay for now. I'll say C for professionalism because I'm not sure.

Unfortunately I would like to give PestNow LLC a positive review, however, three months after they came over to my house to perform a rodent service and found no mice (put out one trap), I was called by my Property Manager and told that the tenants found mice. My Property Manager has now set up a new service for us at the cost of $400 per year, which sounds reasonable when I purchased a coupon with PestNow for $185.

PestNow provided basic service, setting snap traps for rats and box traps outdoors. This did not solve our rat problem, as the technician was not well equipped to figure out how the rats were getting into the basement. We had to figure that out ourselves.

I appreciated the honesty that Pest Now showed in recommending that I ask for a refund. I will certainly be using them in the future!

We have seen an improvement. It seems to have worked.

Before I purchased the annual plan offer, i called them to ensure it would meet my needs. I wanted mice proifing as well as capturing. I was assured the house would be assessed for entry points and sealed. The guy would not seal. He put two bait stations in my basement. Nothing on other two floors. We opened the stations 2 months later. The mice have not taken a bite.

They were timely and very professional. They answered questions and followed up. They even called me to inform me that I had purchased two Angie's List deals (computer/internet error), which I thought was really thoughtful and professional
