The technician arrived early in the appointment window. After explaining the details of the problem, he immediately got to work. He worked quickly and was very professional. As a bonus, he took care of a large exterior bee's nest at no additional charge. Highly recommend!!!

The scheduling was easy and very accommodating. The tech showed up on time and was very informative and pleasant. He encouraged us to schedule follow-ups within the warranty time for effectiveness of treatment and so there would not be additional charges. The service did not include any remediation of possible points of entry for the mice, only elimination of those already present.

My phone conversation went great. I will be using Pest Now for my future pest control needs. Honesty and a fair price. That's what I'm looking for. Not the cheapest, just fair and honest.

I found this company on Angie's List. This is an excellent company to do business with. They provided service to our home the next day after speaking with them. Our technician was Chad. He was very couteous, professional and did a great job! Our service was guaranteed for 30 days. Kevin, the technician Service Manager is absolutely outstanding and responsive to customers needs. If you need pest control services, just CALL them because you will not be disappointed. Now, I understand why they are repeatly winning the top service award for "Top A Service Award" on Angie's List!!

It was okay. They came out a few days later after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges. I would tell them to be more thorough. They are okay, they were fairly quick to come out.

Went great. Very friendly and said they would come back anytime for free spray's if needed for bugs. Haven't needed them to come back. We had ant problem and silverfish and haven't had a problem since. Nice peace of mind since I hate bugs. Note: we live half in the woods so that is a big relief.

I contacted the provider by phone and requested squirrel removal services. I was told that they require a home inspection first, which is free, and then I would be quoted a price. I asked how much is it to remove the squirrel(s) and they would not quote me a price over the phone. I explained that I had contacted other businesses who generally quote you a price for trapping and removal of a squirrel and that at least gives you an idea, but this company would not do that. Since I don't like to waste my time waiting for an inspection and price quote that I have no idea if it will be reasonable, I decided to move on and will not use this company for this or future services.

I would definitely recommend PestNow. They very quickly returned my call to schedule a visit, after I expressed a need for an inspection. I was also able to schedule a visit for the next day. When the technician came by, he was diligent and clearly explained the issue at hand, as well as the approach he was planning to take in order to deal with the presence of rodents. Finally, I scheduled a free of charge follow up visit in order to check whether or not the traps had acted as a deterrent.

The first technician came, closed off some openings (behind the stove, around a pipe under the sink) and laid poison stations. He was knowledgable and friendly. They'll come back as many times as necessary in 3 months to check the stations - we had 3 visits. They were easy to schedule and seemed to work. I'd recommend this service.

I was purchasing a home and as part of my company's relocation package, Pest Now was contracted to perform the inspection for wood destroying insects. The inspector from Pest Now certified that there were no wood destroying insects and within a month, we closed and moved into the house. A few days in, we noticed we were woken early every morning by a woodpecker whom I shortly caught in the act as he was snacking outside my window. Then I noticed bees circulating in one of the areas where we heard the woodpecker and called the exterminator. The first exterminator confirmed that the holes seen all along the wood fascia and soffit of my house were caused by carpenter bees and that the woodpecker was feeding on their larvae. This was reconfirmed by the landscaper who had been taking care of the grounds since the prior owner (but she only paid him to mow the lawn so he didn't do anything about it). Finally, I had an exterminator come who specializes in only bees and wasps and he not only reconfirmed that the house had a carpenter bee infestation, but also confirmed that he could tell by the color of the bee excrement deposited below all of their holes that the infestation was years old. Now that I have been educated about the appearance of carpenter bee damage I see how any amateur could have easily detected what Pest Now missed and I also know with certainty that evidence of the damage was there years before this inspector came to assess the home . They claimed that there was no way to prove it and the only compensation I would get anyway would have been for the price of the inspection, but their ineptitude in identifying the problem when I purchased the house cost me more than $5,000 in repairs to our newly purchased home (to replace all the fascia and soffit and surrounding gutter). I really hope this lousy company goes out of business.

We discovered 3-4 small "field mice" in our house--all dead (We have three cats who finally earned their keep). We called Pest Now and their technician came within a day or two. He did a thorough inspection, and set up poison stations. He noted tiny mouse droppings behind our stove, where there were openings to the gas and electric lines (and thus to the basement below), and he recommended those openings be closed. We had a contractor in the next day to seal them up. The technician came again two weeks later to inspect the house and poison stations again, and will be coming a third time in three months. We haven't seen a mouse since we had the openings behind the stove closed up. The technician from Pest Now was very thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service and the price, which covers all of his visits and services.

Initially all was good. They did not however follow up with subsequent treatments as scheduled. This could be partially due to a malfunctioning gate preventing access to the back yard. With that said, I never received notification that they attempted service and could not complete it due to lack of access.

The provider was brought in because I saw a mouse in the kitchen. The inspector who came out found that we had certain bugs in certain areas of the house that would attract mice, and pointed out that we have to address the bugs issue as well -- which made sense to me. But on the bigger mouse issue, he basically said that the problem could not really be "solved" in the sense that mice can always get into a house, and so the thing to do is to set up poison traps for the mice, and to periodically add poison to make sure the mice stay away. Of course, the $185 charge was only for the first round of treatment, and then I would have to pay roughly another $100 every 3-6 months for the periodic treatment. But then we ourselves actually found the hole in the basement where the mice were coming from and stuffed it up, and though we have not had the additional treatment, we also have not had any mice...

Very well. Set up all the traps and made multiple trips back to check them. Made as many trips as required (3) until it was under control in the house. From there, they have sprayed the exterior quarterly. It appears to have made a difference. They are very flexible in terms of setting appointments and are open to any changes you request. Overall, very happy with the service thus far.

I liked the service. But the problem is, the issue was not completely resolved. The service was good. The guy was on time and he did thorough work. I liked the service, but probably, I have to go to another company because I have to try some other way for the mice problem I have. The first time they came out was in early February. Recently, they came out again. So they followed up and didn't charge me extra. They tried to fix the problem. I see the effort to make things right.

Will still get some bugs in the house, but fewer

We bought an old house that was abandoned for a while, so we had some serious pest problems. These guys came out and did a first treatment -- which took care of a lot of the issues. But a few weeks later we got an elder bug infestation -- true to their word (and their guarantee) they were back out within a few days to fix it.

We've received top-notch pest management service from this company for nearly 5 years now, so this is a long overdue review! Over the years we have had them perform a variety of services both inside and outside of our townhome: quarterly pest treatments, ant extermination, mouse extermination, and termite warranty inspections. (Today's work happened to involve ant and mouse extermination.) Whether it's a routine appointment or an emergency situation, we nearly always get our requested service date whenever we call to arrange for services (even for the very next day), thanks to a great network of technicians and the many 2-hour service window options. Honestly, I have called this company in a panic on more than one occasion, and the phone operators are so wonderful, efficient, and empathetic. You can really tell that their #1 goal is to help the customer, which is incredibly appreciated. Every single time, the technician arrives punctually within the 2-hour service window (which is also incredibly appreciated!) and comes fully equipped with everything we need to fix the problem. (Chadd is our longstanding favorite technician, and most recently Tramane has really impressed us - honestly though, every single technician who has helped us out has been fantastic.) The technicians are so nice and supportive, excellent at alleviating fears, and sensitive to special situations such as pets (i.e., they are very careful with their treatments inside our home because we have 2 indoor cats). Every situation we've encountered has been treated with the utmost care and respect. They get the job done well every time, and they have earned our confidence over and over and over again. As an added bonus, their pricing is amazingly reasonable. (Really though, their services are considered priceless to us because we value them so much.) For $85 per quarter (plus an additional $88 one-time payment per year for a termite inspection), we get unlimited - yes, unlimited! - service calls. Let's just say, when you're trying to control a mouse problem and someone has to come out every couple of weeks to check the bait stations, this is an incredible savings.
