Very well. They were timely and professional.

PestNow was courteous, prompt, and friendly but they are clearly a "less is more" pest control company. Other companies I have used for annual pesticide treatment first inspect the premises for signs of hidden insects or mice, identifying high risk areas like under the kitchen sink. They warn me that if I've only seen a few insects, that means there are a lot more I haven't seen, behind the walls or out of sight. They generally go through the house and spray the baseboards in all or most rooms. PestNow did not inspect for signs of insects. Instead, they asked me where I had seen insects and treated only those specific areas. I asked, "If you just treat one room, won't that just cause the insects to migrate to the next room?" Their representative said, "The less pesticide in your house, the better." A couple of weeks later I began seeing insects in an adjacent room where I hadn't seen them before. I called PestNow and they cheerfully came back. This time they sprayed a 10 foot stretch of wall where I had seen new millipedes, but nothing else. A month later I saw insects on the other side of the room. I knew that if I called PestNow again they would courteously come back again and treat the small area where I happened to see insects out in the open, but a month later I would likely encounter insects on the other side of the room. I suppose PestNow is correct, "the less pesticide in your house the better." If we still had young children in our house, I'd rather tolerate a few insects than risk any harm to them and use a "less is more" exterminator. But the kids are grown and gone, and adults are less susceptible to pesticides. I use an exterminator so we don't have a millipede scuttle across our kitchen floor while we're having dinner guests, especially just a few weeks after our house has been treated.

Highly recommend PestNow — very professional and easy to work with. We've signed up for their service for the last 2 years after working with them.

Our technician is Chad, he is great. I have been pregnant twice while dealing with pest issues and Chad has always helped me right away when I called. He has also listened to all of my crazy concerns over having young children and being pregnant while using pesticides in and around our house. Great guy with a lot of patience!

They helped treat our mouse problem. They came and checked outside and inside for entries, in which they sealed up.They are very professional. We are still having a few problems, but they are effective in coming back and honoring their warranty. They are very responsible in coming back and we are happy with the service.

Very well. Technician showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Completed his work inside and outside and filled me in on how the service worked if I had any issues prior to the next treatment.

The people at PestNow were friendly, fast and effective. I have already recommended them to a friend.

They are a little expensive. We were expecting them to get up into the attic and they didn't do that. They should be a little more thorough.

They did a great job, I purchased an annual contract for quarterly visits and anther other time if I find something. They are really good with their response time, always got back to me right away. I call them, and they come out the next day I'm available. Very professional and courteous. The work is very good.

They are prompt and have helped us many times for specific issues. I typically use them quarterly, they do not require a contract, which i value. they are good about following up within a certain amount of time to make sure the service was effective.

I have used PestNow 3 times so far and each experience has been great. First, they got all these horrible mice out of my house. This required several trips to ensure they were taking the bait and that the house was properly sealed to keep the mice out. The next time they came was to inspect wood damage to my pool house. Turned out I had carpenter ants. They treated for the ants and that was the end of the problem. This spring I had a couple of rats who took up residence in the retaining wall near my bird feeder. (Rat Condo). PestNow came out and set the trap. The gentleman was very careful not to handle the trap with bare hands. Rats were gone in about 6 weeks. One died right away but the other one took his sweet time. They are incredibly smart. Every time PestNow came into my house they wore shoe protectors. They were punctual and very professional.

It is still on going, they are not finished. I assume the cost will be more than what I paid on Angie's List. They could probably lower the price a little bit. I would consider using them again in future.

What little spraying was done, I did better myself with Spectricide .. Didn't address my concerns about the ants inside the walls they just sprayed some chemicals down on one or two spots on the floors near the back door. Did not controls nor get rid of ants outside nor inside my house. Ants were back in 3 days walking up the walls as usual. . The technician came on one day and sprayed while it was a light rain.. Poor service, poor chemicals. Unfriendly technicians.. I went to Lowes and got better chemicals over the counter.. I crawled under my deck and addressed the problem myself.. NEVR will use them again ever... Now I'm in the process of finding someone else because they did actually nothing for extermination of ants..

I can't get a refund for non-performed services. Pestnow was tasked to git rid of squirrels and was paid upfront. Pestnow came out and told us they could not perform the service. I asked for a refund. I have been unable to get my $846 back, They have used dodges such as, "it is in accounting "twice, the boss is not in to sign, twice, and we can't find your cleared check. I have given them a copy of the cleared check, Still no refund. NEVER PAY PESTNOW UPFRONT.

Great, professional, didn't try to up sell us after deal bought, came back when we didn't catch it and redid traps to attack the problem.

Their initial work was not done all that well. They plugged a hole that the mice were getting in through, but the stuff they used to plug it up came out almost immediately. They put down some poison but it wasn't effective. I'm not sure how effective anything they did was. We ended up trapping some of the mice ourselves. The last couple of mice did vanish eventually, so that may have been because of them. Their work was not what it needed to be to get the problem fixed.

Everything went well and as expected. It was explained before start and explained after finished.

You know that was okay, I think they set some traps up high and it was okay, I wined up doing the work myself the parts catching clears so it was informative. I haven't had a good experience with the company I think I have done better on my own, well they came and told me were the critters were coming in and they did give me some ideas, but actually it was my effect on setting the traps that caught the bad guys.

I would recommend them. We had mice droppings in the basement which is always not a good thing. They initially came out, inspected the house and sealed up openings, set traps, etc. The technician determined that it was mice and not rats. They came for a second follow-up visit. After the second visit there we did not hear or see anymore activity. But a few months later, we could hear scratching noises. They came out a third time and determined that it was the mice trying to get in the house; they set traps/bait outside. It's been six months since the first visit and three months since their last visit and there is no more noise or activity. We also found their prices reasonable.

Badly. Huge waste of time. Called PestNow to address problem of squirrels in walls in February. Their staff are friendly, and I appreciate the emailed invoices and updates, but the bottom line is that the squirrels are still digging through the walls after a long series of visits and phone calls. At the first appointment, they came out, said there were no squirrels, and that there was no possibility of squirrels, but there were rats outside eating neighbors' garbage, so they set a rat trap. Squirrels continue to make noise in walls. Over two months and three visits later, the squirrels are still there. Technicians appear to be covering a huge service area and more often than not, arrive after the two hour service window. Each time they've come to the house, they have promised us that there is no way there will be any squirrels after they've sealed up a hole, but that unfortunately hasn't been the case. Assurances that a manager will call me result in ...no call back. At least I have not paid extra for each visit, since i purchased a warranty, but the amount of time I've wasted waiting around to get a problem solved that has not been solved after so many visits is definitely costly. And every person I've talked to has said, "i've been doing this for 20, 25, or 30 years, and I can tell you for sure that X will happen." Bottom line: problem is unsolved, and they don't seem to have a plan to fix what I paid them to fix.

I should have listened to the other reviews and not hired this company, who is one of the worst I've found on Angie's List. I paid almost $200 for someone to lay poison and to tell me horror stories about rodents and pests. I will likely follow up with Angie's List and the BBB. As I mentioned, I understand that I waited a long time to contact the company again, but I did not want poison being sprayed while pregnant and then I had a newborn and was caught up. If I refer a company, all of my friends hire that company. So PestNow lost the opportunity to engender goodwill and get some referrals. Next time, I'll just keep buying mouse traps.

Service performed while I wasn't there, but the ants stopped coming in, so this is a definite success story!

Every April for the past 4 yrs we'd noticed swarms of what we thought were simply flying ants around our front door/stoop area. This year we noticed they were different and had eaten a hole in the hardwood floor in our foyer. Nothing creepier than seeing "feelers" poking up from a hole in your hardwood. That was it. It's all we could handle. Now we knew they weren't just flying ants. We called PestNow along with 2 other pest control companies. PestNow was the only one to return our call. Ryan came out and surveyed our house. Confirmed we had termites. Told us the treatment plan his company would provide. Gave us a very fair price and within 3 days, they performed the service. The 2 technicians were prompt, courteous and professional. We haven't seen a single critter since the day they were here. I can't tell you what a sense of relief that is. We have 2 rules for our house. #1, If you've got more legs than we do, you don't belong in our house (unless you're a pet) and #2, if you're not paying part of my mortgage, get out of my house. Thank you PestNow. We'd recommend you for sure.

No mouse problems after that.
