It appears to have gone well. The bird has continued to return to the area in an attempt to get back in. I am concerned he may break through the barrier that was put up if he continues.

That was okay. They were able to improve the mouse situation but they were supposed to come out this month, January of 2020 but they didn't show up. They did not honor their quarterly contract. PestNow contacted me after I submitted the review and they offered to come to my house and honor the quarterly contract. I'm not sure if I would use them again, but I appreciate for coming out.

PestNow responded very quickly to our request for a quote. They gave us several options and were very friendly in the process. The gentleman who provided the service was also very friendly and made sure our toddler wouldn't be exposed to anything he used.

Little pricey and should have done my self but was in a time crunch due to family coming in town. Removal good from dry wall and dry wall replaced work was good but additional cleaning needed and patching dry wall was needed. For $200 i would expect full service but would Require worker to come back which may not be an option - Job took 25 mins with an additional 20 min estimate across the property to secure house from rodents. Estimate was roughly $1k. Overall good but this is my first experience with this type of service. Pricing seems competitor Across RVA area but would be worth doing your self if you want to save $200 and that number was discounted from $225-50.

Inspector came out to assess the termite situation and looked in the back yard. This is in contrast to Terminix inspector who also came out to give me a competing bid and who inspected all the way around the whole perimeter of the house and actually dug into the soil around the house looking for signs of termites, took pictures, and drew a diagram of the house showing what treatment was needed on each side in order to communicate with the technicians who would actually do the work. The Pest Now inspector said he would send me a quotation to my email. When I didn't receive it by the next day, I called him. He said that the "main office" was responsible for actually sending the quote and I needed to call them. I called the "main office" who said I needed to talk to the inspector. At that point, I got so frustrated with their terrible communications, that I told them I would not hire them under any circumstances. In addition, the technician who came out to suppress the tick / flea infestation kept telling me what a great job he would do if I hired Pest Now...all the while spraying only part of the yard and not spraying in the front of the house at all. They charged me $75 for the flea / tick spraying...something Terminix charges $49 per month.

Did not care to deal with an out of area contractor so did not contact them.

There were swarms of ants for months that appear to be completely gone.

Great; very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I spoke with, from scheduling to nest removal. Tech called me the morning of to confirm the location and discuss possibilities of the hornets returning (which did not happen). Would definitely use again.

So far, so good. Both the owner/estimator and exterminator visits were punctual, thorough, and complete. Excellent knowledge of the options available to fix the problem, and detailed explanation of the procedure and products to be used to remove our termite infestation and prevent other pests from coming into the house. Price was very competitive (middle of 3 bids from three companies). Great warranty (will return to address any problems in between routine visits at no expense). Also offered military discount. Very pleased with their service so far!

Very good job for a situation that I knew I could not take care of myself. Owner and technician were very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive even when I had to call back when the treatment curtain got dislodged.

I have been using Pest Now for several years. I sign up for annual service which gives me 4 treatments a year. They are very responsive to setting appointments; arrive on-time; wear shoe covers; and are very careful in treating both inside and outside my home. It has kept the critters nearly to zero. I am very pleased with this company and recommend them highly.

Guy who came out was on time and called ahead before he arrived as I had requested. Took the time to listen to my issues and explained the best option. Treated our home inside and outside. So far have not seen a reduction in numbers but that is to be expected and was explained. I like that you pay a low fee (compared to others) quarterly and can request to have them come out as many times as needed.

They came out and did the inspection for free, they are knowledgeable and fair. I will recommend them to all of my friends, relatives and everyone I know.

I hired Pestnow for monthly mosquito treatments after referral from a neighbor. I can't say enough good things about the company's customer service. Immediate responses and great effort to go above and beyond. So impressed that i just cancelled the contract i had with a national company for quarterly pest control and signed up with Pestnow (for a lower rate as well). Oh, and so far so good on the battle against the mosquitoes.

We had a quarterly plan with Pest Now for routine pest control. I called to make an appointment for them to treat the interior of our house because ants showed up in our kitchen. While the appointment was for between 7am and 8am, no one arrived. When I called, I was informed a meeting had run late and they would arrive by 8:40am. By 8:50am, still no one had arrived. I had to call back and cancel the appointment all together because of other obligations I had that morning. I understand things happen, but the very least they could've done was call and let me know there was an issue. Instead I ended up wasting 2 hours of my time. I don't have infinite vacation hours, and waiting for pest control is certainly not how I want to spend those hours. The woman on the phone didn't even extend a verbal apology. I will not be using their services again and do not recommend them to anyone.

It was fair. Had to follow up couple of times. The infestation reduced but didn't get completely eliminated.

The Pest Now technician David Curry called that he was running late for our appointment as he was assisting a colleague on another job not far away. I very much appreciated his courtesy call. David was very professional and thoughtful in explaining to me the chemicals that Pest Now uses for insect control. He explained where and why he was spraying. He pointed out a problem area for carpenter bees and suggested a solution. Pest Now offered a quarterly service agreement on Angie's list that we purchased. Frankly, we have had pest control techs in the past, but none as professional as David Curry. We recommend Pest Now.
