Overall he was nice and did what he was supposed to do, even dusted the windows; however I feel like it wasn't worth the money because it was so simple.

Elvis was very nice and explained the process and punctual! Also was conscious of animals. Scheduling person on phone was not very friendly.\]

That kind of screwed up. You were supposed to notify them. I called and it took a while to get it straightened out. For some reason, Angie's List sent me an e-mail that indicated that you've notified them and they'd contact me. I didn't hear from them so I called them and you hadn't notify them As far as the service, it was fine. It kind of screwed and it was kind of a hassle. The actual service was okay. There was nothing special. I didn't think the guy was that bright. He was okay.

Great. They are wonderful and when you pay for your quarterly spraying, and you still see bugs, they will come back and spray again at n/c

The appointment was early so I received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. Jason was on time and pleasant. Explained in detail the natural course of bugs and critters coming in to homes for a cozy winter. Inspected the whole house inside and out for easy entry ways, fixed any issues and sprayed. I hope he will be my service tech for the remainder of the quarterly sprays.

I am happy to have found this company as it is difficult to find honest and reliable companies when shopping online. I had some water damage behind drywall, and upon opening the wall, I discovered wet wood structures with tons of insects. I sprayed something to kill them but called Pest Now from an online search to let me know if they saw any major signs of damage from wood destroying insects. Sean was so professional, intelligent, kind, and trustworthy. He stated that he did not see any evidence of wood destroying organisms and everything seemed structurally sound. Although he did offer a treatment, he was not pushy.

It was great. Working with PestNow was awesome. They answered all my questions and returned several times to make sure there was no rodents on premises.

Unbelievably well! Two PestNow visits to: 1) put down bait stations and 2) check and refill the bait stations and they had rid me of the nasty little critters! PestNow was timely, friendly, reasonably priced, considerate (they put on booties to protect my pets from potential poisons they might drag in on their shoes), and most importantly, effective. In a word: SPECTACULAR!

In addition to looking at the areas that I identified for the bees and ants, Mr. Cannon performed a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of my home for any other pests. He also checked the crawlspace and pieces of wood in the backyard near the house for any sign of termites. The price for a 1 year quarterly treatment plan (in case the bees return in the spring) was reasonable, especially with the Angie‘s List coupon. Mr. Butler, the technician, was on time and very professional. He provided a printout of the work order, the work performed, and the chemicals used. . The customer service representative took care of the payment by phone and emailed me the receipt.

Very good. They arrived on time and cleaned and tuned up the gas fireplace.

Gentleman came to my house and treated the interior and exterior of the property. I saw several ants that evening ... I assume the chemicals were driving them from their homes. I haven't seen a single bug since that night and my pets are still alive and well !

PestNow responded to my purchase very quickly and I scheduled an appointment right away. Nick arrived on time, was very friendly and applied treatments as needed. He was pleasant to work with and described what was needed. So far, they have been very nice to work with.

Really well - service managers and technicians are very good! Price was reasonable and service was excellent.

They gave us a 8 am - 4 pm window and then showed up at 4:30 without an explanation, which is really irritating. We haven't seen any more ants. The spiders are fewer & farther between, but the silverfish have stuck around much to my dismay. We have a quarterly plan, so I'm hoping that things will improve with each additional treatment.

PestNow was prompt in scheduling the service and the technician who came to perform the service, Terry, was clear, concise, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated his attention given to the appropriate application of pest control products given our new baby in the residence.

Will from PestNow LLC was extremely prompt, professional, and efficient in removing a bee nest from the side of our house. The company was able to set me up with an appointment very quickly -- important to us as one family member is allergic to bees. We would definitely hire this company again in a heartbeat, and I would also request Will -- terrific service!

Robert provided the initial inspection and recommendations. He was extremely straight forward and informative which I appreciated. I had received other estimates and PestNow offered a good value; combined with Robert's professionalism, I felt I made a good choice. Sean and Derek arrived the next day within the time window given, and performed the treatments. They were both also exceedingly professional, friendly, thorough, and informative. PestNow also stands behind their work with their service agreement. Overall a great experience.

The service people were punctual and professional but they did not resolve the problem. Further the company's policies are unclear. Pest Now LLC provides little information in writing or in person about their policies, specifically the requirements for follow up. In August 2015 a serviceman inspected our home and left poison traps. He did not provide details about following up, nor did he state that there was any deadline for following up. In February 2016 I called Pest Now for a follow up visit. A service man came to our home and refreshed the traps at no additional cost. In August 2016 I called Pest Now for another follow up visit. I informed Pest Now that I had a package through Angie's List, and explained that someone had come to our home in August 2015 and February 2016. I expressly stated I wanted to schedule a follow up visit to refresh the traps, as they had done in February 2015. They scheduled the appointment for the following day. After refreshing the traps (in exactly the same manner as the February 2016 visit), the service man informed me that I owed Pest Now LLC a fee of $185 because I had unknowingly purchased a new package. According to Pest Now LLC, the initial package expired after 90 days so I owed them the cost of a new treatment package. I questioned why I was not informed about the policy at the outset of the treatment or in February 2016 when they came to do follow up (at no cost). I also questioned why the person who scheduled the visit did not tell me I needed to purchase a new package. Pest Now LLC's should better clarify and communicate policies to their customers. There is nothing on the Angie's List offer that indicates the package expires after 90 days. Pest Now LLC did not inform me at the outset that the package expired so I remained unaware. Pest Now LLC performed services out of the 90 period at no cost, furthering my understanding that there was no deadline. And, when I called to schedule the August 2016 visit I was not informed that I was buying a new package even though I expressly told Pest Now that I understood the visit to be included in the original package.
