The serviceman was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the issue (small hole near the dryer vent) and offered useful tips along the way. It's been several months and we haven't heard any more mice skittering around since! Bonus points for the serviceman having a good sense of humor and patience to walk me through the whole process.

The tech took care of bait and advice on entry points. Certainly going to sign up for a maintenance program going forward.

The initial service was done efficiently and professionally. There was a bit of a misunderstanding in the process of logging return appointments. When one was missed, I called into the owner and he informed me regardless of a technician saying they will book the next appointment, make sure to call into the call center; the technicians get busy and can forget. Once I understood the process, everything went smoothly and we dispatched the culprit in good time. The technician, Scott, is very professional and dedicated. He takes personally the level of quality of performance and the happiness of the client.

Our maintenance guy is great and clearly explains what type of product he uses and where he's putting them. I also like the ease of scheduling - if I'm not home they just do the exterior, but it's very easy to reschedule if I need work done inside the house. I will be renewing our subscription.

The tech. showed up on time, answered all my questions and concerns, and even went on a hunt for a wasp problem I had been dealing with for months.

PestNow appears to have done an excellent job. We have had no insects of any kind since they started working with us.

He returned a month later to inspect and to agree with me that problem has been eliminated. Will use PestNow again and recommend them to friends especially William Martin.

PestNow was (and is) very highly rated on Angie's List and also had a deal active at the time for $340.00 for a quarterly pest treatment. I bought the deal and have been extremely happy with it. We have the same technician come treat each time for either a quarterly treatment or if any problem arises so it's nice to be able to build a relationship with someone who is going to be coming into my living space at least four times a year. Julio is an absolute champ! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, Julio really knows his stuff and has inspired a lot of confidence. What I like best about the service is that they will come out for any followup treatments in case any problems arise in between quarterly treatments. I have unfortunately had the opportunity to put that to the test due to an extremely sloppy tenant and can confirm that every time without fail, PestNow has honored the agreement and Julio has dutifully shown up each time to render assistance. Since my tenant seems to think pests and a lack of cleanliness are wholly unrelated, I asked if he was willing to speak to my tenant to articulate the finer points of why keeping the place clean is important, which he did concurrently while he was treating the unit. I really appreciated not only his agreeing to explain to my young professional tenant why it's important to not live in filth, but also the fact that he really knew what he was talking about and was extremely knowledgeable. I have full confidence in both Julio and PestNow. I believe their efforts and treatments work because although our tenant has had further problems in between quarterly treatments due to a generally sloppy existence, we have had absolutely zero issues in our unit in the same structure.

I have been using pest now for about three years for quarterly maintenance and annual termite inspection. This year, we found evidence of mice in the attic and I opted to have them replace my insulation with T.A.P. insulation and get rid of the mice/close off point(s) of entry. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner, in my opinion as the previous owner(s) had old and new insulation in the attic. The new T.A.P. insulation is EPA approved. I opted to go with Pest Now because they are my existing exterminator and have always been easy to work with. They tell you up front the problem (show the problem to you) and the cost to repair/fix.

They have been responsive and good so far.

Used these guys last year, and called them again this year. unfortunately, can't hold it against them that there wasn't a permanent solution to my pest problem. Some of their specialists are better than others, though.

Chris Hines is an excellent technician. He was prompt and thoroughly expected the interior and exterior to let me know where pests might be able to enter. He subsequently sprayed to create a bug barrier both inside and outside. He subsequently followed up a few weeks later to detect any other activity, but found none. Chris is very professional, and I informed him that I will request him for all future services.

Rep. Chad Edwards targeted the source and put out bait, adviced best practices, and even made himself available for texts if any issues should arise. Within a week as predicted, problem solved! He also gave very specific advice on next steps and prevention. Excellent Service. Professional and Knowledgable service rep.

Pest Now is the best rodent remover ever. I had ORKIN and they just put down mouse traps. Pest Now put down stick traps and poison. I've had a problem since June 2016. The mice only became worst. I called Pest Now and within a week I could tell the difference. With ORKIN I was catching up to 8 mice a week and sweeping droppings every other day. With Pest Now we have not seen or caught any mice since I hired Pest Now and there are not droppings. Pest Now was the best investment for me concerning my rodent problem. Thanks Pest Now.

They do my spraying for spiders and stuff like that. We have actually been with them for 2 years now. We are due for our next quarterly appointment here in the next couple weeks. They come every 3 months. They have been really good to work with. They?re timely for all their appointments, we haven?t missed a single appointment with them. They provide the right service that we need for our house at a reasonable price compared to their co-competitors. Their price is very reasonable for the service they provide. Their front office has been very responsive in any of the questions we have had with them. The technicians are very nice and when they come into our house, they put their booties on to make sure they?re not spreading dirt around the house. It has just been great! I did renew my annual contract with them.

Brian, the technician, did a great job inspecting and installing the bait stations at the right spots. The follow-up was helpful.

They happily took my money and performed 3 treatments. We followed all their instructions for prepping the room etc. I understood that it was possible that bedbugs might still be there even after treatment but they claim their treatment is guaranteed and they will return to treat. After taking my money, they now will not even return my call. I have now found another company - SSBS - use them instead. they come with a dog to search for where the bugs are and use a heat treatment which was much more effective.

The exterminator that came to our house was great. The people at the office that I spoke with to get the visit scheduled not so much.

For the first appointment, the technicians arrived promptly. I admit that I was a bit on edge after not actually seeing a mouse or mice, but a week of rodent droppings and other activities was quite unnerving! The lead technician and his trainee came to hear my concerns and inspect my house. He assured me that on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest, I was at a level 2. I informed him that I wanted to be at a level 0. The technician was obviously knowledegble, but appeared a bit non chalont about inspecting the areas so based on my research, I directed him to places to place the bates and look for any holes. Although the company mentions a thorough inspection. For my follow up visit, the second technician was a very nice young man but once again, I almost felt like the site manager suggesting what he should do instead of him recommending things for me. Also, I was a bit concerned that he was not wearing gloves handling poison and then touching items in my house. I asked him to please was his hands. Also, he did not have a flashlight to check out areas which I find strange. I have a follow up appointment in the morning and I will have gloves and a flashlight ready. Bottom line: You have an outstanding product because within 2 to 3 weeks, my problem is either total control or has been iradicated. I initially signed up for the 90-day plan but may extend for a year based on the results. Again, you have a great product and your customer service representative who answers the phone is outstanding. I would recommend that you do some additional training for your technicians in customer service and pest home inspections. If you address that issue, your next rating from me will be EXCELLENT and you will most likely see your customer base expand!

I was able to schedule appointment for very next day after purchasing their rodent package. Chris was prompt, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommended!

Chris was really nice. He explained what he was going to do before he did anything. He made several recommendations. Chris was helpful. I would definitely recommend this company. They are very responsive.

They sent technicians out, but they never really found the problem and it persisted. All they did was put out bait and traps, which we could do ourselves. Only months later did we find a mouse NEST under our cabinets when we had them removed for renovation. Bottom line, they do a decent job with basic stuff but they either don't have a way or don't try to solve the underlying problem.
