Description of Work: Rep was detained by 2 hours. He did call several times to apologize for delay and was apologetic when he arrived. We thought we had flying ants which we left for rep to see where they were coming in. He told us they were termites, which my husband questioned. We agreed to termite treatment ($550.00). He also treated outside for other bugs, etc. Within about 10 days, the flying ants were back (much less in number). Called and made appointment to have them come out again. Same rep confirmed that we had flying ants, so he did additional treatment outside. Rep was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. We are not convinced that we had termites, but according to rep, treatment should last from 8-10 years. They were very nice to deal with and very responsive to my call.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal rodent treatment to deal with the squirrels in my attic. When I called Pest Now to schedule the work, they told me that the "rodent treatment" doesn't cover squirrels. I was surprised because I thought squirrels were rodents.

Description of Work: This company was recommended for pest services from my RE agent. They did a great job explaining everything to me on the phone. They were competitively priced and were responsive. After they complete the service, i'll update the review.

Description of Work: My neigbours had termite problems so i called a number of termite control companies on Angies list. I ended up doing a deal with Pest now. the supervisor who came out to give me the estimate was Garrett Stephenson was on time professional and went into a lot of detail that the other companies did not go into. After trading a few emails with him on the scope I accpeted his proposal and he scheduled a technician to come and treat my house. the technican came on time as promised ,did the work and left an invoice. I was not there when the work was being done and when I went and looked at what he had done, i noticed that he had not drilled around the front steps and garage as I had agreed with Garrett. I called Garrett and explained to him what had happened and told him that the only reason i got the termite treatment done was because of peace of mind and if i alaways had in the back of my mind whether the work was done properly i did not get that piece of mind. Garret assurd me that if they had to redo the whole whole again for my peace of mind they would. The tech arrived agian at the sceduled time, drilled the areas that he needed to drill and redid the whole whole. He was plaenat and polite and did not mind that he had to redo the work as long as I had peace of mind. This company delivers and Garrett makes sure that the customers comes first and is satisfied. I highly recommend this company to Angies list users.

Description of Work: I used Superior Pest Management to get rid of some ants a couple months ago. Just last week they redid the ant treatment because some more popped up and they are coming on the 22ed to finalize the quarterly pest control.

Description of Work: We had some relatives from out of town that left us some bed bugs, we think anyways that what was biting at night. They had a one price 3 session package and did a great job looking for the little blood suckers. They didn't find any hardcore bed bug evidence, but after the second visit we had no more mornings waking up to welts, so as far as I'm concerned they did a great job! Always on time, if not early, friendly and extremely helpful.
