A one-time call, without a long-term committment was exactly what my situation required (neighbor tore down ancient storage shed-mice flee to my house). No subsequent issues.

Description of Work: Omar was the person who came to our house for a consultation for mice in our basement. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very friendly. He checked things out all around the basement, as well as outside, to help us determine how they could be getting in. He also set up some traps in the garage, the attic, as well as the basement where droppings were present. He explained the importance of removing all accessible water sources, such as our cats' water bowl, making sure the lid to the commode is closed at all times and no water running from any of the faucets in the basement. He spent the time answering all of our questions and concerns without us feeling rushed or a burden on his time. He is scheduled to come back in two weeks to follow up on the traps set out. We wasted money on another company a year or so ago and I wish we would have just called PestNow from the start. Highly recommend them, as does everyone else, it seems!
