All good. I like that they email you service dates and times. You can easily call if you need to change it. They will come out between quarterly service for free if you have any issues.

The ants did not disappear in a couple weeks (as we were warned may happen), so they promptly came back out and did another treatment that eliminated the ants. Otherwise, everything was very professional and we were very happy.

The service provider was very professional. He pointed out where mice were going in. Set poison traps and told me how I could easily and inexpensively fix the holes where the mice were getting in.

Ant treatment went extremely well. Mice not so much, basically half a year later it's still a problem and their only thoughts are add more poison. Ended up doing almost all the exclusion work myself. They're excellent with sending someone out right away, but are best suited for simple extermination tasks in my opinion.

They came and set up traps, which never caught any mice. I continued to have mice for about a month. The service people themselves are very professional and prompt. I have no problem with them, and I believe they would be great if you had a serious infestation. However, having used this or a similar service three times now for an occasional (~1/week) mouse siting, my belief has become that pest services like this are a placebo for low-level mice problems. Mice come periodically (like when your neighbor does construction), and if you wait and don't leave out food, they go away again. In that time, you call a pest control service, they come and put up traps, in about a month, the mice go away. However, the mice would have gone away anyway, without the intervention.

I called and made an appointment. They came out and completed the service but I continued to have issues. They came back out and looked around and told me that I did not have any more mice. Well, I continued to catch mice. They came back out again and told me I didn't have an issue but I kept finding mice in the traps that I personally set so guess what? I continued to have issues. I was charged again, for what they call their quarterly service. I was ok with that because I assumed I would pay them their quarterly service fee to have my mind at ease that I would have no issues with mice or anything else for that matter. Right after I got charged my second service fee and was told everything looked great, the next day, I caught another mouse. At this point I called again and had someone come out immediately. The man came out and looked around, again, just to tell me that he didn't see anything and he couldn't do anything and this is as far as they could go with my issue. So basically I paid 170.00 to have someone come and look around and tell me I didn't have a problem. The only thing they did was put out poison for the mice to eat and "leave my house". I could have done this for 5 dollars from Home Depot. I paid money and for nothing. This is a scam. You can do yourself exactly what they do. Don't pay someone to do something that you can do. BIG SCAM. The fact that they offer you a warranty and keep coming to your home doesn't mean anything if your problem doesn't go away so don't let them pitch you on the 3 month warranty. You will literally have them over your house once a week with no solution.

No sign of new swam since treatment

- The PestNow technician (Chadd Edwards) was very prompt, friendly, and professional. However, once he actually saw the height and layout of my house, he advised that he would *not* be able to perform the service, because the home's particular architecture / layout. The townhouse's exterior attic vents were not accessible in a manner where PestNow could safely reach the exterior areas. - It was just way too high and awkward to safely reach with their usual ladders and safety equipment. He showed me the exterior area of concern, and I agreed it was too high. He suggested I try a homebuilding contractor or a painting service (that would have lift buckets, scaffolds, or taller ladders) to have them just check to ensure those attic vents were sealed well. - He told me before he left that PestNow would not charge for the service visit. True to his statement, they did not charge. - I would still try PestNow again for other, future interior home pest control or for exterior ground-level issues, just because Chadd was so honest. I appreciated that.

Pest Now was very easy to work with. I submit an online request and they called me later that day. The scheduler was courteous and helpful in helping me get a service set up on my requested day. The service man was running a little late but did call me to let me know. Overall very pleased.

Ok,, The first fellow that came to my house, saw that I am a senior woman and tried to push me into buying a years contract with the company. The second man who came to complete the part that I paid for was very nice and considerate. He felt that I did not need the extra contract. I cancelled the contract.

Really well. We no longer have mice. They also offered a 90 day warranty and came out a second time to replace the poison/bait. They offered to come out a third time. Great company.

Adam the technician showed up yesterday and told me since the nest is under the siding against the brick wall, he couldn't remove it, but he could treat it by spraying the pesticide. He would then come back the next day (after all the bees are dead) to caulk the gap between the siding and the wall. So, I wrote him the check expecting him to return the next day. Then I got a message from Adam today that his boss Ramon Rosa wouldn't allow him to come back to the house to caulk and cover the nest. Calling Ramon also didn't work. Poor customer service and I would never give them any other business.

For the most part everything went ok it look like the bed bugs are gone. The employees I spoke with where pleasant and helpful. I just expected a few different things in how the service going to be. I am not sure if I misunderstood the guy as to what would be done and what need to be done on our part or if what I though I heard was suppose to be done and it wasn't done that way.

They come to the house four times a year. One person came out and it takes about 15 minutes. They were okay.

The service was performed as specified. It appears that i do not have a big problem as I was told by my current pest control company. I wanted to get a second opinion before spending a large sum of money to address a problem which I apparently do not have. This Angie's deal with Pest Now LLC helped me get that second opinion at an affordable price.

I used another pest control company before this one and the other was a disaster. Pestnow has polite and knowledgeable staff that arrive on time. Their customer service phone staff are always helpful. The company make me feel better about things I hate.

very well - technician explained procedure and chemicals being used -- relieved us of our concerns about the rodents - and after one treatment - like the "rodent whisperer" --they were gone -- no trace!

Their staff is informative, punctual, helpful, kind, and always a pleasure to deal with. For example, they visited our home five times to help us deal with a recent mouse invasion, for no additional fee. We are thrilled with their service and plan to keep using them in the future.

They arrived and performed the services quickly. Haven't seen a critter since.

Great - they showed me where the mice were getting in the house, closed up the holes, put down bait, etc.

With two visits they solved the problem, identifying the vulnerabilities and patching holes (behind the stove, holes in the frame around the screen door at the back - giving them access into the walls).
