Description of Work: I signed up with this provider and was informed that I would get an email before they came to provide my service Q 3 months. I signed a 12 month contract. The first service was done when I signed the contract. For the next service (3 months later) I was not notified via email or phone call. The just showed up. Their response was they had my email wrong. Don't know how since I received the bill via email. I had to have them come back out since my contract was for inside and outside service and they did not do the inside. This happened again for the next 3 month service. I decieded then that I would not renew the service but forgot to cancel it. They actually got it right the last time and emailed and called me. I set up a time and date. The day of the service at 0655 am, I received a call from the service provider asking me what type of chemicals/service I needed--what? Don't your know? He replied the office did not put it on the ticket and he wanted to make sure he had what I needed. I confirmed the time 3pm and he said yes. Would you believe he call before 1pm and wanted to come early. What is the use of setting up an appointment. I had to find family to make sure someone was home. My 15 year old who informed me that they did not even spray the entire inside. Boy did I get the bill for full service. I called and complained to Jeff H. supervisor who wanted to come out and make it "right" but way to late. Not paying for a service they did not finish nor paying for a service I am not sure they completed per my contract since I did not know what type of chemicals I needed.

Description of Work: Performed termite inspection for house buyer, declared termite infestation and wanted almost $500 to treat the house. I disagreed, and two other inspection companies found no evidence whatsoever of termites. This is an unprofessional company that appears to take advantage of termite contingencies in home buying offers. DO NOT USE THEM!

Description of Work: I was having problems with outside animals (mice) chewing the wiring under the hood of my cars ($5,000 damage to two cars). PestNow came and did a whole yard treatment and also set bait traps. I also have them come once a month to spray for Mosquitos. I believe their treatments are working effectively, but as a precaution I still spray my car wiring with Rodent Pest spray. Time will tell.

Description of Work: They provided the yearly termite inspection following their termite treatment done on May 2013 (the treatment was $625). The technician arrived on-time, was very thorough and professional, and gave tips on what to look for between inspections. I heartily recommend them!

Description of Work: The two-person crew provided efficient, friendly termite control around our large house in under an hour and at a very reasonable price. Their price for an extended annual warranty was also very competitive ($98 per year). I gave a B rating on responsiveness only because they took the longest of all firms contacted to provide an estimate (I was calling during the high season for termite control). Only two gripes: a) hose placement damaged part of a water fountain (easily reparable) and b) when parking their truck in my driveway, they drove off the driveway and crushed two solar walkway lights (this was only discovered after the crew had left).

Description of Work: This is an Angie's list deal for 1 year of service. It includes 4 treatments of my home, plus any additional treatments for special concerns. I was able to arrange for the first treatment to take place within a few days of buying the coupon deal. I hired them because I occasionally saw small ants in my home. I also had a bee/wasp problem on my deck, which was covered by this coupon. Moreover, I knew that when I moved into the home in late fall, there were grasshoppers in the basement. Thus, I worried that more problems were in store. They took care of the bees/wasps, and returned to treat a new bee problem. I have not seen any bees in the months since the treatment, although I can't say for sure that I would have in the absence of the treatment. The service technician was very professional. I appreciated that he called to ask if her could delay his visit by a few hours due to rain. I have since hired them for a yard treatment plan.
