Description of Work: I had carpenter bees in the fascia board next to the roof. They plugged the holes and sprayed all around the exterior of my house for any bugs or ants. They returned two days later to see if they were successful in eliminating the carpenter bees. The price and date above are approximate as I cannot locate the bill of sale. I am very happy with their service.

The provider showed up on time, was courteous and professional. He explained everything and gave reasons for everything he did. I am very pleased and will use this company again.

Description of Work: PestNow staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Drew came out treated our home inside and out (needed it badly) and when the ants were not killed with first treatment came back out same day I called and retreated (and killed the ants).

Description of Work: We had a bad small black ant infestation and had tried everything the internet suggested without and result at all. Pestnow scheduled an appointment for the next day, showed up exactly at the appointment time, discussed the problem with use, inspected the property and went to work. The said to call them if the problem persisted. No need - the ants were completely gone in three day, with not a sign of them since (6 weeks). Great job, excellent company.

Robbie Johnson came out to do the initial consultation and was very professional and took time to explain things in detail - he was forthright in stating that our situation was a very minor one and wouldn't likely need much in the way of treatment. I found that impressive, given the inclination of most to try and upsell services. | |All appointments have been met and folks have arrived on time. I had to call them out to spray an area that I thought was especially problematic, and they did so the next day and at no additional cost. I think PestNow recognizes the importance of cultivating a relationship with the customer, which is the kind of proprietor I want. | |All in all a very pleasant experience (thanks to Angie's List for creating a system to weed out the good from the bad!)
