Description of Work: They very quickly sprayed various rooms without listening to much discussion about where we had seen bugs and what type. Throughout the next week, I continued to see bugs in every area (fewer than before, however). They did return promptly when I alerted them to this problem, and covered the second spraying under the 3-month warranty. So far it seems like they did a more thorough job, but I wish it had been done right the first time.

Description of Work: Alex was awesome. Very knowledgable and polite. Completed the work on schedule and was an overall pleasure to have in our house. He covered the entire living room with drop clothes and then even windex-ed our coffee table that was a little dusty after the work! I plan to call American Professional Chimney for annual chimney sweeps because of Alex! (Note cost was reduced because we bundled this with a service with siding from their sister company)

Description of Work: Full exterior treatment for termites. The termites didn't go inside the structure yet, they were found in a flower bed. However, the inspector did a full inspection inside just in case. Both the inspector and technician were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and timely. The inspector even took his shoes off before coming in the house. I certainly recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: I had a mouse problem. I no longer seem to have a mouse problem. They made four visits over a two month period (always arriving within 15 minutes of the start of the window which I really appreciated) to make sure the problem was solved. The last visit was today when they sealed the identified access point. In all actuality they could have done that a month ago, however, the technician said he wanted to make absolutely certain they were gone.

Description of Work: Well. I scheduled a mosquito treatment in my backyard and a termite inspection. The mosquito treatment for one application was $75.00 and the termite inspection was free.
