PestNow brand was founded in Virginia in 1995 as Superior Pest Management when four high school friends came together to form their own company. Today, we have multiple locations in three states, and serve thousands of happy customers. We offer pest control; termite treatments and warranties; mosquito, flea & tick control; WDIs (real estate inspections); lawn fertilization & weed control; TAP insulation; and wildlife solutions for homeowners and businesses in the mid-Atlantic.

Description of Work: Termite treatment. I am giving B because there was no followup afterwards. I even signed up for their yearly paid termite protection service and I was hoping they would contact me to schedule a routine check or send me some related info, but that didn't happen.

Description of Work: They came out on first call to my leased property. They did a thorough job according to tenants, although a little mouse appeared a few weeks later despite their initial work. Without hesitation they came out again, did not charge, and my tenants felt great about the experience.

Description of Work: Purchased the annual package deal. They sprayed interior and perimeter exterior. They do not spray the lawn for bugs or lawn services. I'd prefer if the sprayed the exterior siding up along the house many bugs jus moved above the spray line. I recalled for service due to wasps within the siding outside an upstairs window. They treated the area between my regular scheduled service at no additional cost which was nice. The servicer noted my account with services rendered incorrectly on my last treatment but that was the only issue I've had. They are responsive with scheduling services quickly.

Thank you, each review sheds more light on consumer expectations and insight. In this case we should have communicated that the label restrictions for our products restrict application of our exterior treatment to only three feet vertical up the house unless it is a "spot" treatment. The restriction is to make sure the product is not subject to drift or over application. Anytime you would like a specific section addressed just let us know but this is a good point.
