Great. On time and effectively eliminated ants in one treatment.

We have a contract. They come out four times a year, quarterly. They've done other service for us. We have squirrels in the attic; we had mice in the attic, and they've taken care of those issues too. They do the best they can, I keep going back to them because we keep having bugs.

The reason we discovered that there were mice is that they had eaten our air conditioning wires and so the first time we turned on our air conditioning unit. We had somebody to come out and fix it that we discovered that the mice were a problem. I didn't know they were in the attic at the time, then we heard them later. There was no cost because it's under warranty. I get it for rodent warranty, and the squirrels are a rodent and the mice are a rodent. They looked all over the house, but couldn't find them obviously at some point, you know mice can be into tiny places. They put traps upstairs. They put stuff that had poison in it, but we didn't like get mice in the attic, well we couldn't find them. They put traps, and the traps caught a couple. They put something outside where the air conditioning unit is that had something in it that they would eat then take back to their nest and then kill them.

That was a lot; it was like $3,000. Well, we heard them and they came and investigated. They had to find the location where the squirrels were entering the house which they had to then seal. They had to remove 1/3 of the insulation from the attic and then replace it and that's where the cost came in. The biggest cost was the removal of the insulation and replacing it which was there in the beginning. So, that as very pricey. So, that was more than half the cost with the insulation because the squirrels had damaged it all. The mice didn't cause the same thing because it was covered under the one-year warranty the same with the squirrel remediation. Well, apparently, the squirrels only come into the attic at night and they're out during the day. Although there were times that they would find squirrels in the attic when they would come out in the day. They're generally are not there. They have run into them being there when they were there. They had not seen any when they were there because they were up there moving the insulation. If they were then, they would have had to set traps for them, but that wasn't necessary. Then, they sealed the opening where they were coming in. It wasn't easy for us to see, but they were able to figure out right away. They knew what to look for. I thought it was a little pricey. I didn't compare it to anyone because this is the same company that we had already did business with, but it seemed a little high. The quality of service was good.

They located where my hole was (didn't fix it, but it was a big hole in my dry wall behind my stove) and main mouse path. It's been over almost a month since I last saw and smelled evidence of a mouse.

On time, set traps while providing an explanation of what he was doing and why. I was very happy with the work.

It went well got the 1 year contract. Ants kept coming back had to have them come out multiple times but they came back free of charge and got things under control for us.

For my own personal home, anytime I see any insect that does not belong, Pest Now comes out and takes care of my issue. They recently began performing my lawn maintenance (dealing with weeds, clover, and fertilization) and our lawn has never looked better in the four years I've owned my home. They even return to treat any issue you don't see resolved-we were still seeing weeds after a couple of treatments and they returned as part of our plan. My husband is happy. As a property manager, they are my first recommendation for pest control to hundreds of people annually. Cost is very affordable.

Wonderful service! I emailed around 10 or 11pm last night because I found mouse droppings and freaked out! It went very well. PestNow was very responsive and flexible in scheduling. They provided an initial inspection, answered all of our questions, and provided a flexible schedule for the first treatment. The technician that sprayed was thorough and professional.

Very knowledgeable. They figured out where the ants were coming in and applied just enough pesticide to kill them all. No problem since they came.

The experience with scheduling and the appointment went so well that we signed up for the annual agreement.

Very well -- access points were investigated and closed. Overall service was timely, professional and thorough. Periodic follow-up was diligently accomplished.

So far so good. They treated inside and outside the house for pests and insects ($340 for year treatment). Then they treated the yard for mosquitoes/ticks ($300 for the summer). They scheduled us quickly and went over all the details of the plans. They gave us the AngiesList deal/rates. So far the treatment works, but we noticed the bugs back in the bathroom that we first saw--so we will be calling them back over (repeats included in the deal). Price seems reasonable, but can't completely judge that until we see how future services go and if the pest control works.

They have been excellent!!! They were responsive and put together a plan to rid us of the mice. Within two weeks all traces of mice were gone.
