Description of Work: I had sightings of mouse droppings and activated the Pest Now coupon. I got a call the next day and the technician came the very next day. He was thorough and explained all aspects of setting the bait. He did a follow up 3 weeks later and was timely and thorough in assessing where we wee with the treatment program.

Description of Work: I had a fairly significant issue with mice. They set a number of bait stations in the house where I had seen activity, and several more stations under the house. Not only did this package cover the initial treatment, they provided a 90-day service guarantee. They have already come out two additional times to re-treat the areas, they will provide one additional visit before the 90-day period ends. |It was very easy to set appointments at a time convenient for me, and they have been on time every time.

Description of Work: They sprayed inside / outside of home for pests (spiders, ants, crickets, etc.) PestNow provides an excellent service. I currently have a service contract w/the company.

Description of Work: I had a quarterly pest control contract with this company. There was some misunderstanding with payments when I had termite service performed. They didn't do great bookkeeping and left it to me to sort out their error in charging me. I decided to just cancel them. Until that time I had used them for years. And was satisfied with their work. I just felt like they were making unnecessary work for me trying to figure out the billing error. Otherwise this was a good company to have for best control.

Description of Work: The two men who showed up were very nice, professional and on-time. They investigated the noises I've been hearing (turns out to be mice), checked for entry points, and set multiple bait stations. My only small complaint, and I'll take part of the blame for not asking questions, is that I don't know what happens next. The bait attracts mice, so when the current "herd" is dead, won't a new herd show up? And when they've eaten all of the bait that's been put down, do I need PestNow to come back and lay more stations? Is this a never-ending process?
