PestNow brand was founded in Virginia in 1995 as Superior Pest Management when four high school friends came together to form their own company. Today, we have multiple locations in three states, and serve thousands of happy customers. We offer pest control; termite treatments and warranties; mosquito, flea & tick control; WDIs (real estate inspections); lawn fertilization & weed control; TAP insulation; and wildlife solutions for homeowners and businesses in the mid-Atlantic.

Description of Work: They checked out the house and determined our mice and bugs were getting in through the basement. They sprayed and put down poison in the rafters, a crawl space, and outside. I was very impressed the exterminator went to the trouble of moving a bunch of paint cans in order to access our crawl space. We haven't seen any further pest activity since their visit.

You have to do the little things if you want big results, take the time to move things, take the time to find out the "why" things are coming in and the entry points. Anyone can throw chemical around, pest control is much more than that if you want SAFER results. Thank you for recognizing that.

Reviews for business managers are as important as report cards are to parents. We pull good grades up until a tech runs late and fails to make that important call. Great training piece, thank you for helping us fix this we will address it with that specific tech and help him pull his grades up.

Thank you for this review, actually checking the account we responded directly after the initial visit with more stations paced on the 25th, unless we hear from the customer we assume the product is working and problem eliminated. We are happy to respond under warranty at anytime the product has failed or more problems pop up....do we need to come back out, if so let us know, no charge. The service manager will contact you just in case.
