Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List coupon for a rodent remediation because I had evidence of mice in my basement. The day that I purchased the deal I received a call from the company acknowledging the purchase and providing me the hours for me to call to make an appointment. Making an appointment was easy and I was able to get an appointment right away. When the tech arrived he was professional and checked the interior of my house placing several traps. He also placed a trap on the exterior of my house however i didn't get the sense that he did a thorough investigation of possible entry points |because he didn't say that he found any holes that needed to be filled, even though mice are getting into the basement. |In addition he gave me an estimate to treat carpenter bees which was reasonable at $150. |I made an appointment for a follow-up visit in two weeks to check the traps and to do the carpenter bee treatment. |Overall I was satisfied with my initial experience with Pest Now.

Description of Work: A++ Quality service!! They sprayed my yard and interior on the initial service call and then they continued the quarterly sprays and they would put a piece of paper describing the service and also send me an email of that! They also showed up when I called and asked for a follow up treatment. I would use them again and would highly recommend!

Description of Work: They were always on time and courteous. Their price was excellent as compared to Terminix, which was incredibly over priced for the service that they were going to provide. They did a great job of sealing all entry points and spraying. They fixed my issues quickly.

Description of Work: Got rid of the mouse problem at my rental property! From the tenant, they were prompt and professional.

Description of Work: They service technician is always professional and punctual, but some of the them know less than others about rodent control. I've had them out several times between scheduled visits because of new infestations. It wasn't until the last technician came that I felt as if someone knew how to actually control the problem, instead of just checking traps and the bait stations.

Description of Work: Year around pest control service for a new home. For the initial appointment, technician came on time, did a a walk through the place checked the place for signs of insects, rodents, etc. , identified potential entry points for rodents and sealed them, and then sprayed the premises for bugs. Very friendly and professional guy. He left his card so that we contact him if anything appears that need to be dealt with. We got an email reminder for the quarterly inspection recently... Good service.
