We just bought this house and then found out it was infested with the ants. It was a horrible experience but Superior took very good care of us. They have regularly followed up because it took several times to get rid of the ants. I feel very comfortable that the problem has been taken care of.

They responded to me the same day which was great. They are going to call me in a few months to see if I need them to come back out and spray again. They did a great job and I havent had any problems since they came and sprayed. They were here on time. I am very happy with their service. They didnt try to tell me I needed something that I didnt.

Went reasonably well. Im still waiting for a follow up visit for the ant control.

I originally scheduled with one of the biggest exterminators in the area. I waited almost 6 hours for them to arrive, receiving no updates as to why the delays occurred, despite my calls to them. I finally had to leave for another appointment and canceled with them. I next contacted Superior. Their name is appropriate. They came within a day of my call, gave me a two hour window for arrival, and got to the house 10 minutes early. They were quick and efficient. Their technician, Chris, could not have been nicer. He was very cordial, explained everything he was doing, and offered useful advice. This company is impressive.

Terrible! The inspector identified termite damage that was not termite damage, rather it was water damage on the detached garage. That causes a problem because a bank will not give you a loan unless you mitigate termite damage. More importantly, the inspector completely missed an actual termite infestation under the main house.

Bad, very bad. First, the inspector misdiagnosed termite damage, which in actuality was water damage. The treatment under the house was done poorly as well. When I was under the house doing some work, I ran across several spiders. I also ran across some wood sitting on the ground in a couple places that had active termite infestations...so the inspector evidently didnt do a proper job inspecting under the house. I called Superior and they came out for a re-treatment. A few days later, there were still spiders under the house. A few weeks later I got a notice that I was due for a quarterly treatment (shouldnt have been if they properly re-treated a few weeks prior) and then a week or two after the notice in the mail, the was a note on the door indicating they came out and treated...a couple weeks later a bill followed. I did not contract for more work. It took several phone calls and a lot of time for them to agree I did not want any more treatments or to use them again.

Went very well. They honored their coupons. They came to the house promptly. Explained everything in detail. Showed us evidence of pests as we circled the house. The did not hide anything from us. Their fees were reasonable. They stood behind their work and their warranty. They stated that if we sell the house and inspection finds a problem, they will come out and treat the problem with no additional cost to us.

HE SAID HE FOUND SOME TERMITES ON THE BASEMENT WINDOW NEAR THE GROUND OVER THE WINDOW CLOSE TO THE GROUND. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY THE NEXT DAY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT SEE ANY TERMITES IN MY HOME. WAS GOING TO CHARGE $750 FOR THE JOB.

The agent found evidence of termite activity on the inside but I had to point out evidence of termite activity on the outside of the house. Once it was found, he made no effort to reenter the house and see what was happening on the inside. I don't think a lot of effort went into the inspection.

Great. A very nice young man gave me plenty of time to get my dogs and myself well out of harms way.

I was relieved at their price. The termite application was 1/3 the cost of Western, which did an application 5 years ago. The 2 people who came out to the house came on time, were very nice, and professional. I'll never use Western again. The additional cost for taking care of the mice in the walls was very reasonable.

This went extremely well. The gentlemen who came to the house came right at 8am (I was given a window of 8-10). They were friendly and answered all of my questions. Discussed some of the things that they were doing and how it would effect our pets. We are on the quarterly plan so if we see any bugs we can call them and they will come out. No problems as of today.

I called Superior to come out and do a re-inspection for termites as terms for a recent home purchase and settlement. The Professional Inspector came, reinspected, no termite problem. However, I did have a mold problem on the basement, utility room wood ceiling, quite at bit. The wood was treated for "wood rot." Quite a catch by Superior since my home inspector failed to note this. Overtime and it was bad the floor above would cave in.

The tech arrived on time and even wore booties when he came inside the house. I appreciated his efforts to keep my home clean! In one visit, Superior Pest was able to resolve a cave cricket problem that another pest management company hadn't been able to solve in over a year of regular visits.

They have always been very responsive when I call. They come within a few days of calling and always respond within the appointed time frame. Theyve also been good about coming back quickly when my ants have reappeared. They got rid of my carpenter bees on the first try. I didnt have to sign any contracts for service but pay as I need their services.

For me, pest control is extremely unpleasant and creepy, so I have a great deal of respect and gratitude, that someone is willing to do that. The technician was very professional and on time and gave me confidence, that I didnt have to be concerned about finding unwelcome guests.

THIS COMPANY DOES A VERY GOOD JOB AND THERE ARE NEVER ANY SURPRISES. THEY COME AND DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB AT THAT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL.

WE HAVE NOT USED THIS COMPANY LONG, BUT THE SERVICES THEY HAVE PROVIDED HAVE BEEN FINE. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT TO TALK WITH. HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS JOB.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH SUPERIOR. THE WORKERS COME OUT QUARTERLY EVERY YEAR TO SPRAY AND EXTERMINATE FOR US. SO FAR, WE HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDE.

THEY DO ALL THE SPRAYING FOR ANTS AND ALL OTHER THINGS. THEY GOT INTO A BIG MESS WHEN THEY THOUGHT I HAD MICE IN MY ATTIC AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE BATS. IT TOOK THEM SOME TIME TO FIND THE BATS. THEY DID GET THEM THOUGH.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. I THINK THEY WERE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT I DID NOT CHECK AROUND ANYWHERE ELSE. OVERALL I GUESS IT WAS WORTH IT.

THE COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. I AM USING THIS COMPANY FOR MORE THAN ONE SERVICE I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. THEY ARE JUST GREAT AND I REALLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THE REPRESENTATIVE HAD AN EGO PROBLEM. HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM BUGS. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM IT WAS THE PERSON THAT CAME TO DO THE SERVICE.

WE HAVE TO HAVE THEM COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS. THEY DON'T FOLLOW UP WITH US. WE ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS CHANGE.

THE SERVICE REP IS FRIENDLY, CONSCIOUS OF THE FACT I HAVE A DOG, SO HE WARNS ME ABOUT TIME DOG NEEDS TO REMAIN INSIDE AFTER OUTSIDE TREATMENT. I TRUST THE SERVICE GUY.
