The entire experience with Pest now has been great. From the initial phone call to the termite treatment that was performed. Tim came to the house for the initial inspection on time as promised, and was very professional the entire time. He had a complete look at the house and patiently answered all of my questions. Some companies seem to have an agenda to sell sell sell, but I didn't get that impression with Tim. He did find evidence of rodents as well as other problems and came up with a proposal. He more importantly found live termites in a stump in the backyard and said that the termite treatment should take priority over the pest removal at this point. The termite treatment technicians arrived promptly on time and were also very professional. Tim was quick to respond to follow up questions regarding the termite treatment. I was kept informed during all of the steps form initial call to final payment. I will definitely used Pest now in the future.

I found several promising pest control companies on Angie's List and called three of them. PestNow responded immediately, and scheduled a visit on short notice at a time convenient to me. Cameron Scott, their technician, was on time, courteous and professional. He quickly took care of both problems and did the appropriate preventive work against seasonal pests, as well.

We got their yearly service and have definately seen a decrease in the amount of bugs, secifically ants, in the house. We opted to get the mosquito treatments as well, and that has been a great help in cutting down on mosquitos during the summer.

The PestNow technicician arrived on-time, he was courteous, and answered all my questions. When I first called to make an appointment, the person I spoke to on the phone was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He advised what would need to be done and what they recommend.

Termite inspection was quick and showed no issues. Mouse inspection was very thorough, with several options provided for remedy, and a 2-week follow up to check on progress. We are following their guidance and the mice are almost gone now.

I purchased a Big Deal with them, still currently using them for quarterly treatments for pest. They treated for pest and bugs. They came in did the job they said they would do. They were professional and courteous, and answered all the questions we had. They spayed inside and outside the home.

After 3 months of service I still had the same problem. I finally called the Orkin company for service. No I would not hire this company

I called Pest Now Saturday 10AM and Logan came to our house at 12 noon, treated the nest with chemicals, broke it, checked it and since the hornets were gone or dead, he put it in a box and in his truck. He spend approximately 20 minutes from beginning to end.

I have a contract with them. They had to come back, but they did it for free, so that's nice. They're always very nice, pleasant, punctual, timely, all the things, so I would give them an A all around.

Very well, bees completely gone in one application. Bees popped up again on another side of the house and PestNow exterminated them also (no additional charge).

After two weeks there were no further signs if mouse activity.

They went into the attic and put a bait box as well as one outside. They put what looked like a Brillo pad in the opening. We did hear something still and they came back 5/12 to check the box outside and looked at the Brillo stuff and said it was holding.

Initial and subsequent visits were effective in treating problem. The initial cost of service (including Angies' discount seemed high but with service coverage for up to 90 days to treat recurring or additional areas the cost became reasonable. Kevin was courteous, professional, and kept us abreast of the chemicals and techniques used. Scheduling for service was easy. I would recommend "Pest Now" for any future service without hesitation.

They are great. We use them for our home as well as a home that we rent out. They schedule the quarterly services on same day and are very accommodating with your personal schedule. We have been using them since October 2015 and will continue to use them. If there is ever a problem (very rare) - they will remedy it quickly. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

The ant issue was resolved. For yard bugs, they come monthly until fall to control the problem.

Easy to schedule and reliable. I got the annual pest control treatment and they have come on schedule each time.
