I like that I don't have to have a contract. They were very easy to work with and they were kind. They also showed up on time for their appointment.

I'm glad we used this company. The price was low, but the service was great. I would recommend them due to the quality of work and the low pressure to sign a contract. I wished I would called them last summer.

They have always been very responsive. They have fair pricing and are very punctual. I haven't had any pest problems since. I would recommend them to others.

They were scheduled to arrive between 7:00 am-9:00 am. At 7:05 am, someone from the company called to let me know that they were on their way. Ten minutes later he arrived. He was great. I walked him around to show him where the ants were. He sprayed outside, then came in and sprayed each of the areas in the house. My kids were following him everywhere, and he was very good about talking to them and entertaining them. He advised me about the type of ants that we had and discussed when they would come again (if needed). I used my coupon from Angie's list and the whole treatment was $95. He made me aware that we'd still see ants for a couple days, then it should get better. If it doesn't, we can call again and they will come out for free to spray since we are scheduled for them to spray again in a couple of months. He was great, I'd definitely hire them again! It's been almost a week and besides 1 or 2, the ants are totally gone!

Everything seemed to work well, we have not seen a single ant since the treatment in June. They will be coming back each quarter to make sure the problem is permanently eradicated.

They are always very responsive. If we ever have a problem they come right out. They are very personable and I would recommend them.

They were prompt and on time. They seemed to do a good job. After they did the initial spraying, more insects came out. They came back without any hassle to spray again, this time including the interior.

Superior pest management responded promptly to our call and had someone to our home in a day. The gentleman who came to our home was extremely nice and got to work quickly. He listened to our concerns of using a pesticide with two young children and a cat in the house. He explained everything to us and used a non-harmful spray on the inside of our home. Everything went smoothly and he treated our home and us with respect.

The experience has been pleasant. They arrived when they said they would and they did what they said. They were prompt in returning phone calls. I am pleased with the quality of the work that was done. I would use them again and recommend them in the future.

They were an hour late showing up, and I was hoping since I told them I had an ant infestation that they would come out equipped, but in fact they only came out to survey and write up an estimate, which I have yet to receive. They did call to say they would be late, but they gave me a two hour estimate and showed up an hour later than the window given. The guy they sent out was quite friendly, however, and really did seem to know what he was doing.

They did the job a lot quicker than I thought it would. My husband told them originally we would think about scheduling an appointment in March, but they just showed up at my house on March 1st for the service. I would have appreciated a phone call to confirm the appointment first.

They did an excellent job. They came back a second time at no charge. They told me how to keep the dots safe.

The inspection by Jeff Zalinski revealed termites in the mulch against the house. He arranged for a one time treatment. The technicians encountered one problem with the front steps but after calling a supervisor were able to complete the job effectively.

It has been about a week and the ants are disappearing. If I see them in another week I will call to have them respray.

I called early in the morning frantic after being invaded over night by ants. Mark couldn't have been more accommodating by sending out a service technician the same day I called. The technician was very knowledgeable and careful with everything he had to do. I was concerned about my new puppy and the chemicals and they were most reassuring and clearly detailed what I should do to keep him safe. The best thing about this adventure is there are NO MORE ants!

Called to get information about treatment for roaches on rental property. The woman who answered transfered me to Ken who told me that to truly get rid of roaches you need to do 3 treatments. The first treatment, then the 2nd after 2 weeks and that would just about eliminate the eggs and adults. I was unable to meet for the 2nd treatment and they were accommodating to go in the house which I left open. Then they come back 1 month later. He was right the first two treatments did about 99.9% eliminated the roaches. I will have them back at the 30 day mark for final treatment.

The guy on site was good and nice to work with once we decided what he needed to do. He had to call his boss a few times so I could talk to him about what needed to be done. Otherwise, they were timely. Cost is for two treatments.

They did a really nice job getting rid of our bees. They werent able to totally rid the problem the first time around, so they had to make a second trip out to our house which they did not charge us for. I really appreciate that and it shows that they care more about taking care of the problem, than just getting paid.

They have been very good with the service they have given us. We have had a lot of construction around our neighborhood and it has brought rats here. They have been very good at coming every week and resetting the traps. We will be using them for a while. We pay them a monthly fee.

We ve used Superior Pest Control for over 7 years. The workers have always been on top of everything. They are very flexible and have always been very accommodating. They are very family oriented and cautious with our young ones.

They were a little pricey and I had to put my cat in the car for 3 hours while they were spraying. This is why I would never use them again. I also wanted a service for the flies, but they were not able to take care of that. That was another thing that disappointed me about them. The traps ended up filling up with dirt and the job was not done very thoroughly.

I have also had them treat for birds in the attic but by the time they did that, there werent birds up there any more. They did however cover up the hole where they were getting in. I also thought that they charged a little bit much for that service, however I dont have any current issues with them.

They always show up when they say they are going to. They send us a letter in the mail telling us what day they are going to be here. We do not have to be home for them to spray the outside. They do not ring the door bell as they just go about their business. We like it like that.

These guys are very knowledgeable about the their trade. They have always been very courteous and nice every time they come out. The job that they have to do on our house has always been done very quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my area.

We have used other services in the past and we have had problems with re-infestation. Since using Superior Pest Management, we have not seen an ant or a mouse. We are completely satisfied so far with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in our area.
