When we bought our house a few months ago, Superior was the company contracted to perform the termite inspection and this post settlement inspection was paid for along with the rest of our closing costs, so we are unsure of the exact dollar amount. In terms of this post settlement inspection, It was easy to schedule, they came on a Saturday morning and arrived on time. The technician was prompt, explained the terms of our warranty against termites for the next year and answered my questions about service plans and pesticide application without being too pushy on making a sale. We'd consider using them for a regular service contract for our home.

If there were any problems, they would have come out to take care of it. The cost is per quarter. Overall, they did a pretty good job. They would notify me if they were coming out to do the job. Even if I didn't contact them, they would just come and do it and not bother me. We didn't have any major bug problems, as we did when we first moved in.

We asked them to do something that would have been a little more preventative and proactive, but all they did was set traps. I might not have asked enough questions, but I had informed them that we had already done that. Ultimately, that's all they did.

Great! The technician from Superior was prompt, friendly, and thorough and explained their process as he went along. It did take two visits before I saw a difference but I am happy to report that I am bug free! I had a third follow up visit as well and will probably have them in a couple times a year just to ensure they don't return. he last visit was by another technician and he was also easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Any time I've called for them to come out for anything out of the ordinary they have been quick to respond. The exterminators who come out are very knowledgeable. I will continue to use them in the future.

Although they did not find termites, I liked that they gave us good advice about them. It was great to use the company because they forwarded all of the results to our title company. They did a lot of work at a great price.

We have a service where they come in every quarter. They automatically come every 3 months. They do send a card ahead of time to let us know they are coming. They are professional and thorough.

They took care of the issue while being extremely responsive to our concerns over having small children in the area. They modified their usual practices to suit our needs, and the ants were stopped cold.

This company was very helpful to us. They sent out multiple technicians on several occasions to remove the pests. They made recommendations on trapping the pests that were inside and to keep pests from entering the building. They surveyed the area to find places to block up to keep pests from coming inside.

I always get the same technician each time. They are very knowledgeable and know what chemical to use for what job. They have always done a great job and I feel comfortable with their service.

I have contracted with them for quarterly pest control for three years, but usually am not home when this service is performed. Recently I was home on the weekend for an annual termite inspection. Their employee, Cameron Boone, is very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

Overall it was a good experience. They sent someone out the next day, the person was professional and knowledgeable about the issue. The ants were gone the following day, and have yet to return. We were very pleased with our whole experience with Superior.

They came and were in and out. I do not have a cricket problem anymore in my basement so I am happy. Their rates were very reasonable and they were easy to schedule with.

Very professional. If we see evidence of mice or bugs before the end of the quarter they come back out - usually within 48 hours.

This company does an excellent job and I would recommend them. They are thorough in their treatments and do what they are suppose to do. They come out when they are scheduled to come.

From estimate to quarterly treatments, staff has been polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

John came out on Tuesday to give us a quote, and once we decided to work with them, he was able to schedule the treatment next day. The crews that came out the next morning were excellent and professional and answered all of the questions we have. They were considerate of our pets (including a vermicomposting bin), and let us know when it would be safe to allow them back in the area. John was honest in letting us know that the termite baits that the previous owner had installed would not prevent termites in the house. He gave us our options and the pros and cons of each and let us decide.

They have been very responsive for us. They will come whenever we call. We just have a quarterly service with them. They come and spray every three months.

I don't have a major insect problem, but the gnats in the backyard and the mosquitoes were getting on our nerves, and I don't like crickets. They sprayed the entire front and back lawns and the inside of the house and within a month we noticed a greater than 50% drop off in the amount of gnats/mosquitoes. I saw very occasional beetles inside the house (usually from leaving the door open). They spray monthly for us and I will definitely keep up the contract with them-they did a great job.

They did a very thorough job and also warned us to keep the puppy out for at least an hour. After a few weeks the ants were back and so we called and they came right back and retreated.

I think they did an excellent job. They showed up on time. The scheduling people did a good job. The worker that came did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
