They are excellent. They come regularly, and they come when we call with a problem. The quality of their work is good.

They came out to both properties and left bait boxes. After a week of no improvement I called them to come back out. The guy who came out told me it could take a while and was frank (thankfully) that Superior doesn't really treat mice and rats very well. He left an additional bait box in my backyard that had NO BAIT IN IT. I took his advice and changed over to American Pest Management, thank goodness. American Pest Management assessed my house, and gave me a bid to CLOSE UP THE ENTRY POINTS to the rodents. They did that work thoroughly and comprehensively. What a novel idea: keep the pests from getting in! Superior was a waste of money and time.

They are flexible and accommodating to my schedule. They are cognizant of the fact that I have an infant and they do things safely. They have come back when a service has not taken. They sprayed for black ants once and they exterminated, but did not get rid of them. They came back out a week later and sprayed again. They will come back out at no charge to complete a treatment.

They could not find traces of the pest though they searched thoroughly. They are prompt in all their appointments. They did a thorough job and explained everything. I felt comfortable with them. They do a good job with the regular spraying. They came out and met me to talk when I had an issue with them once. They are quick, flexible and accommodating.

We just bought a new house and noticed some cockroaches in the basement and kitchen. I wanted it handled before we move in, so I called Superior upon recommendation of a friend. Will came out and he was fantastic. He called a couple hours before the appointment to say he was running late, so we pushed it back by an hour. He was there on time, and then he walked all through the house with me and looked carefully at everything (inside cupboards, closets, around wall outlets and baseboards), pointing out where the problems were - unfortunately not confined to the basement and kitchen. He explained the process to me, then sprayed the entire house, with an extra dose in the basement and kitchen. He said that if we still have problems after a week we should call back and they will come out and do a touch up of problem areas for free.

Very well. The serviceman showed up on time, was very clean cut, well spoken, and knowledgable. He made recommendations, listened carefully to my concerns and was very business like and efficient. He said no to expect results for 10 to 14 days, but within two days our ongoing ant problem was basically gone.

Shane arrived on time, was incredibly well mannered and considerate, took the time to really explain the problem to us, did the treatment quickly but carefully, and reassured us that the company would come back after two weeks if the treatment didn't work. The products he uses are apparently safe for both pets and people, but you do need to keep your pets out of the treatment area for the two-plus hours it takes for the product to dry (we have two cats; we had to enclose them in the room where we keep their food and litter.)

The initial appointment person was very knowledgable and helpful. Punctual. The actual work was also done in a very professional manner. Dont know about the price, because I did not compare, I was kind of in a hurry and contacted them based on their current report and proximity.

Wonderful. Unlike other services I called, the put me through to someone who took the time to understand my needs, and then explained exactly the service offering they would propose...and without overselling. Other services wanted to schedule a free estimate and come by before even discussing options and price. The gentleman scheduled my service for the very next day, and helped me identify a time when both the general exterminator AND the termite inspector could be available. They both came by within 5 minutes of each other, explained to me what they were looking for, and the treatment they recommended. Both very professional, courteous, and there were no surprises - services, cost, etc. discussed on the phone was exactly what I got.

They have always been very courteous and professional. There is always a notice of when they will be performing the service in the mail with the option to reschedule when I am home. They always leave a ticket in the door to let me know they have performed the service. When I have called to request assistance with other pests they have been very responsive and it is part of the normal monthly service. The cost for the termite warranty is a separate annual fee between $300-400 which is worth it to me since there are termites in my area.

I heard "bird noises" coming from the vent above my kitchen stove, and as they grew louder, I figured birds had somehow taken residence in the exhaust vent leading from my stove to the outside. I used Angie's List to locate a nearby company that came with a "recommended" reputation - Superior Pest and Lawn Management. Since the removal of a nest(s) and any birds residing there could be accomplished from outside of the house, I was not present when they initially performed the work. I understand they removed the offending nest and chased a bird out of the vent before placing screens over the two outside vents where the birds initially accessed the vent. Unfortunately, they were not thorough in checking to make sure ALL birds had been removed before putting the screens on, thus trapping one bird in the vent, which eventually died after about two days. Although they had left a bag with some charcoal-like substance to help neutralize any residual smells, after a few days, the remaining bird carcass in the vent attracted/produced a slew of maggots, which subsequently hatched and invaded my home! At one point, I estimated about 50 - 75 flies were produced by this negligence and were literally flying and buzzing throughout my home, making it almost uninhabitable. And of course, this happened right before the weekend and despite immediately notifying them of this dire circumstance, they were not able to schedule an appointment until the next week, meaning I had to try and cope with this situation over the whole weekend! Needless to say, I spent a large amount of time that weekend either chasing down and killing flies, or avoiding being inside my home altogether. The day of the scheduled second appointment, I arrived home from work about 5-10 minutes after the start of the appointment, but saw the Superior van parked nearby and thought, 'at least I didn't miss them by being a few minutes late.' Turns out the technician was visiting with one of my neighbors (and probably not on a service call, if he was supposed to be at my house during this time) , and didn't actually come to my house until about 20 - 30 minutes later! At that time, a bird carcass was removed from the vent and disposed of. However, the technician must not have done a very thorough job in removing whatever debris was still left (do you notice a theme repeating itself here?), as a month later, I STILL have small bird feathers occasionally floating out of the vent, especially when I turn on the kitchen exhaust fan. I did not contact other companies with regards to doing the work, so I can't comment on whether the $120 charged for the work was reasonable or not. They did honor their coupon, even though I did not find it until I mailed it in with my payment. Some companies may have balked at this, since I did not present the coupon at the time of the estimate. Overall, I would NOT recommend Superior Pest, due to their lack of thoroughness. I will NOT use them again.

We were very happy with the professionalism of the staff. The inspector arrived early...went thru the house & yard. He recommended two courses of treatment...no pressure to go with the more expensive option. He scheduled the treatment for three days later...the treatment staff showed up on time...finished all the work that day. We are very happy with the company.

The salesman came out and explained what the initial treatment would be. They inspected the attic and other areas including the basement. They put the bait centers up in the attic, down in the basement, and around the exterior of our home. The also put copper mesh in any point of entry since it deters mice. They monitored the bait stations throughout. Since they came out, I have not heard or seen any sign of a rodent. They send the same technician each time they come out as well which is nice.

I had ants taking over my front yard and my kitchen. The technician did a full inspection of the house and recommended the type of service I needed. He was finished in less then 30 mins. He explained everything he did and what type of things he saw. He also took the time to explain how the service contract works and what to expect when he was gone.

We have quarterly contract with them. I read about them on Angies list and hired them. The job they did went very well. They were excellent.

We had a year from purchasing our condo to get the termite inspection done. The condo is practically a new-build so no termite infestation found and the technician told us that the wood used nowadays are pre-treated to prevent this issue from cropping up.

This company did a treatment for the house in the fall of 2007 when we moved in as a preventive measure. In the spring of 2009, we had indications of termites outside the house and wanted a treatment done to be on the safe side. The inspection of the house was better than one other company, but not as good as another. The company stated that a treatment was necessary, even though no termite infestation was noted in the house, but could not explain what would be different than the last time to eliminate the termites outside the house.

My experience with them was excellent. It took around 30 minutes to complete the work. There was $30 discount on the price. They were punctual and professional.

Poorly. They came out 5 times, and we still have ants. We had to do the detective work and figure out where ants were likely coming from, then encourage technician to go outside to look. In the past, using a more expensive exterminator, ants were gone after 2 visits.

They come here four times every year. We had other contractors before and we switched over from them because the chemical they sprayed were so strong that some of my plants died. They were supposed to replace our plants which they never did and every time we asked them they behaved as if we were the one who had problems and that's the reason switch companies. So we switched over to Superior Pest & Lawn Management. We are satisfied with them, never had any problems with them and we recommend them to all.

My experience was very good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and what I needed them to do. They were very pleasant to deal with.

It could not have gone better. Robbie was the man in charge of our work and he could not have been easier to deal with - or more accommodating. These folks are absolutely first rate.

They have been very responsive. They return calls promptly. They are always on time and very affordable. All their sales people & technicians are very knowledgeable.

As usual, the inspector came while we were at work. A report was left that was written in writing so tiny, a magnifying glass had to be used to read it! What it stated amazed us. It appeared the property was SPRAYED with three inches of newly fallen snow and ice packed against the basement wall -- the bare ground was not even visible to the naked eye. The spray would have hit nothing but ice! It was noted a wasp nest was removed. In FEBRUARY? Why had it been left to sit until now? The report stated that "dust webs" were removed. In FEBRUARY? We had questions. We asked questions. Never heard a thing back which is really disappointing considering the time we have had a contract (three years). We logged on here tonight to choose a new pest control contractor. Good bye, Superior (and thank you for the bill you sent us instead of a response to our questions). It got paid. Immediately as always.
