We have subscribed to the quarterly service, which is $85 a quarter. We originally hired them when we moved into our new home because we had a serious ant problem. They came out within a couple of days of calling and sprayed the house, inside and out. They also planted "food" that the ants would eat and take back to their nest where many more ants would die. They come out once a quarter to spray the outside and inside (if needed) and if you have an issue in between services, they come out with no charge and spray again. We have had to have them come out a couple of times (it was a serious ant problem -- and the rain washing the chemical away isn't helping). They have been professional, very quick in sending a technician out, and each time they send the same technician so he is familiar with our house, which is really nice. We will definitely continue to use Superior Pest / Pest Now for years to come!

They have been prompt. The only thing that was frustrating was once the guy was here; he did try to up sell me on other services. They are price competitive and they do have coupons available. The product they use is effective and it took care of the issue immediately.

The technician was very knowledgeable and he gave me a lot of information. I had gotten a lot of misinformation over the phone from their sales force. The technician that came out gave accurate and really good information. He suggested that they come out in 2 weeks and follow up which was included in the payment; there was no extra charge for that. I did have them do that. They were quick; they were probably in and out in 30 minutes. I was pregnant at that time and he was really cognizant about that and making sure that I was out of the house. He was worried about my wellbeing as well. I haven’t had any problems with roaches ever since they came out. I signed up for them to come out quarterly just because I have a tenant in the house right now. If any other problems came up, I would definitely use them again.

As part of my condo lease, I agreed to pay for a general exterminator treatment of the condo upon move-out, as I had a pet in the unit. No fleas/ticks or other bugs were present. Called this company, who had a standard $125 offering for just this sort of requirement. Technician was prompt, friendly and quick. Treatment was liquid-type spray, and not airborne - a method appreciated by the contractor also working in the unit at the same time. I received the proper papers to satisfy the lease agreement and was charged exactly as quoted on the phone. Would definitely contact this company in the future for any similar needs.

It’s been a very good experience working with them. They are very, very thorough. They are very professional. They truly listen to your concern and truly do everything they can to address that concern. They respond quickly and usually can be out within hours of your call. I would recommend them.

I have used them over and over again, personally and for my clients as well. They have quick response time. They are fairly affordable. For a real estate inspection, they are lower then most companies.

I discovered "trillions" well that's what it seemed like of sugar ants after some roof work exposed them. I called and Edgar came within three hours, I called two other companies on the list and were not able to come out today. Edgar treated the areas inside and out. Edgar assured me he was confidant he would get rid of my problem and would come back as many times in the next 90 days if I called. I am going to bed feeling like the problem is taken care of rather than my walls are crawling with ants. I will sleep well tonight!Thank you Edgar and Angie!

They do a fine job. They take care of the unwanted pests for us. They are reliable.

We have been pretty happy with them. They do a good job. Anytime we have an issue, they are more than willing to come out.

I really like using this company. The majority of the people they send out are super nice and helpful; they explain everything to you.

I had this service for approx 4 months. Things started out good, until I constantly asked them to let me know when they would come out and they agreed they would. Each time, they failed to let me know as if they wanted to hide something. Then, they sent me a bill for no service. I had no notification, not granules on the ground, no indication what so ever that they were there. They came back and applied a treatment, but it was only because I asked them to. Then, they came out this last time, unannounced and I watched the worker put out the material. He missed 75% of my yard. It looked as if he ran through it as fast as possible. I called them as soon as he left and informed his management. They called and him and asked him to return. He did return, but basically ran through the yard once again and piled the material up in mounds. Come to find out, it was insecticide. Had it been fertilizer, it would have killed my grass for weeks. Simply an unprofessional group of workers. Nice people, but they really don't cater to the customer and therefore care about the customer's satisfaction.

They are pretty big company. They charge $85 for the quarterly treatment, and $150 for termite warranty. Recently, they have really up their customer service. They were responsive with the concern I have. It turned out that the treatment done by the previous representative from the old company was not treating well. The new management took over, and they were very quick. They assured me very well. The guy used to come out and treat the exterior; I didn’t have to be at home. If he wanted to come inside, then he need to have arrangements. They didn't leave an invoice at my door. Once they said they were here, and I knew nobody had come because I was at home that day; so that guy was canned. They were very professional. Anytime in that quarter if I have any issues like ants crawling from the kitchen, then they will come and take care of it. The price is fair, and I haven't done much shopping around. They have always been very consistent, and when they come out to do the treatment, they also inspect for the wasp nest. The invoice will tell me what they have seen that day. If I call them, then they give me three-hour window frame. They are always on time. Since the time company has changed, they have become very professional.

They are courteous and did a good job. They were highly rated and on time.

Company responded promptly and provided a fair estimate to treat my property for a ground bee infestation. I was offered both a one-time treatment and a recurring general outdoor pest treatment. I chose the annual package and the representative immediately set about performing their service. What was being done was well explained before the work a** well as what I could expect after the work. My lawn care service advised there were no sign of bees when they arrived the next week. I can't remember the representatives name but he was extremely polite, very knowledgable about bees and other pests, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use Superior Pest (I understand that they are in the process of changing their company name) again.

The guys came out as scheduled -- slightly early, actually (which is fine by me) -- and drilled holes in the front and back of the house for the poison. They patched everything and advised me about keeping the pets inside for 24 hours. They were efficient and very friendly to work with. Answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

LEt me just say that Pest Now - the new name for this company is a complete scam. I sold my brother's house last month and these guys came out to assess the place for bugs. Of course, they found evidence of bugs but the bugs hadn't been active for years - the guy coming out to treat even said as much. These guys made my brother pay $795 for beetles and termites when there was no evidence of active presence. Ok, so I am selling my house now. Guess who shows up - Pest Now again. The guy comes in and after about 3 minutes sees that the home had termites before and I explained to him that joists had been removed and the problem treated 8 years ago. What does he do - writes up a report saying that treatment is necessary. How do I know that he is wrong ? I just had Affordable Pest (on Angie's as well) come by with someone who actually knew what he was doing and told me that the infestation was old, he saw evidence of treatment and that no new treatment was necessary. There is no other way to explain this except that it is a scam. This company knows that the home is being sold and they know that this paperwork needs to be done - they prey on the anxiety of the buyer to rob the seller out of $325. These guys give a bad name to the legitimate companies out there. I would think twice before hiring these guys for an assessment of your house.

The representative arrived within 24hrs..He was very polite and friendly, exterminated some very aggressive bees (yellow jacks) in a root and under a concrete slab.It's a relief to walk near the area and not be attacked. Many Thanks.

I was very pleased with the work. It involved different technicians, one team for the termite protection and another technician for the wasp problem. Everyone arrived on time. They were informative and pleasant. The reasonable charges and high level of service will keep me as a customer.

They are punctual. They are here and never have to come in. They do the spraying and leave the statement. I spend $80 for a quarter and they come every quarter unless I call them out again. If one of the quarterly spraying is not effective, they will come out and do it again. I have been happy with them. I would like to pay less, but I think that the price is reasonable.

I am into real estate and so I use them to check the houses for termites. I use them for my business. They are reliable and very affordable. I always use them.

I used them just once and their price was reasonable, but it was not the bargain of the century. They didn’t leave a mess.

We have been using them for the past three years and that is as long as we have lived here. They charge us an annual fee and they come once a year to inspect as per the agreements. They come out and inspect. They then come back if you have a problem. We had a problem once and they came out but we don't recall the price. They are due to come soon. They are prompt and keep up with their appointments. They are friendly. They have given us tips about protecting our property from termites and so forth. It seems like they are very thorough. They come with their flash lights and cover their boots to keep our house clean which are nice touches. We think that their price is reasonable but we are not sure as we have not looked at anybody else.

It went well. I appreciated that they were able to come out in less than 24 hours to take care of the hornets' nest.

Whenever there was an issue that needs to be resolved, I have called them and they have responded and attended.

We pay quarterly and I like that it is an easy thing with no contract. We pay as we go and we can terminate when we feel like it. We like the professionalism of the employees and that they are considerate of the fact that I have a pet; they always make sure to close the gates and that sort of thing. They are careful with our property.
