They do a great job. They are friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They are also very thorough. If you have a issue with pests, they will come out until it's resolved. They perform a quarterly sweep and they address everything. I like working with them. I would recommend their service.

work went well, very knowledgable about the variety of insect problems in the area, explained we had seen silverfish and they treated the attic for them and sprayed the inside and outside of the house. very knowledgeable technician, understood the issues and explained everything superbly.

I called Pestnow to deal with a rodent problem in my house that had gotten completely out of control. the arrived the very next morning, which was the Friday before Christmas, and set a number of traps. they came back two weeks later as promised, to check the traps. their service was effective and has made my house livable again.

After our neighbor moved out, we started noticing roaches in our kitchen. It started with a few here and there, but progressed to about 5 - 10 / day within three months. Called PestNow on Dec 21, thinking that we would get service next year due to the holiday season, but they were able to come within two days. They asked us to clear out the kitchen cabinets, which we did. Set an appointment for 12 - 2, and he showed up at 12:10. Told him about the kitchen infestation. Also told him about our 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 year old. He explained about the compound he was using and how it was safe for pets and children. Proceeded to spray a mixture of powder (allethrin) and water inside all cabinets and along the baseboards. Also applied a brown gel in between crevices. He then asked if we had seen any roaches in any of the bathrooms. We hadn't, but he took the time to spray / gel in each bathroom regardless. He then scheduled a follow-up appointment for Jan 6. Great results. Roaches started dying in droves the following couple of days, and were virtually gone by New Year's. Just one wrinkle. Asked him how long it would take for the roach spray to dry and he said that it should be dry within 5 minutes. Puddles of the spray remained in the cabinets and drawers well after 3 hours. Hoping it it was indeed pet and children-safe, I proceeded to mop up the remaining puddles with paper towels so that we could get our kitchen back to normal.

Everything went extremely well with this company. They were quite responsive and actually able to come out the next day - and that was fabulous. No sign of mice since they came. Got a little discount with my Angie's List coupon, too. The experience couldn't have been better.

I recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

We pay a flat rate for quarterly service. If we're having a mouse problem and we need them to come out more frequently, they do so without any additional fee. They also perform an annual quality inspection at no charge to ensure their technicians are doing a good job and not missing anything. The technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, clean and pleasant, and they provide good and thorough service.

I have previously contacted them about Bed Bugs. They werw able ot tell me that I did not without trying to selling me anything.

I think that they are very good. They are very responsive and come quickly when you ask them to. They guarantee their work, so that if you get ants or whatever, they will come back again, and they don't charge you for it for 90 days. I think that they are very reasonably priced. They always answer their phone. They seem to know a lot about bugs because they are able to identify all sorts of things and know how to take care of them. They are honest and will tell you that stink bugs are impossible.

PestNow sent an wildlife inspection/technician on 11/18. Determined that there was mice activity in the attic, no larger wildlife noticed. he suggested the best way to treat, and discussed the quarterly plan that PestNow offered to maintain the house. I called PestNow and set up an appt for the next day, Sat 11/19. Technician came on time, explained what he was going to do, discussed the quarterly maintenance plan. Set the bait traps, indoor and out, spent time cleaning cobwebs outside, did a nice job and took his time. When he was done he explained where the traps were, told me to call back in 2-3 weeks to have a technician come check the traps. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called several and you gave me several and depending on when they were available and basically when I made the initial call I was satisfied that if I liked them and if they gave me a good estimate I would go with them and I did go with them. The people come when they sat they are going to come.

Our home is backed by an alley, as well as a school yard (with a school dumpster), so there are plenty of rats. We have seen rat activity in our backyard, and started to hear some scampering in and around the house. Pest Now came out to do an initial inspection, suggested some services, and then left it to us. No high pressure sales pitches. We did eventually call to have the service which included inspection inside and out and baiting with follow ups. Will, our "rat guy" was amazing. Extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He spent a lot of time checking out all areas of concern and was very clear about everything, as well as really helpful in keeping me from freaking out over the whole situation. He baited the areas outside that seemed to be traffic areas, and replaced vent covers with rodent resistant grates. Checked under and behind appliances and vents inside and baited for possible mice as well. Took the time to cover shoes each time he walked into the house. He patiently answered every question and concern, and did not rush through any of it. Even more impressive, when I asked him to check out our roof for any entry points, he made the attempt to get up there with the ladder he had. But because access was very high and not easy, he couldn't safely get up there. So he actually came back with a bigger ladder at the end of his shift on the weekend to climb up there and do an inspection. I purchased the quarterly inspection package, but he said he would come back in a month and just check on everything if I wanted. Great service! And between this and my badgering of the city to address the alley itself, the rat population already appears to be in noticeable decline.

They were referred to us by our bank. The treatment seems to have worked, and they seem to do a good job.

They are great. They are very consistent.

From the first phone call to scheduling, paying, and promptness this company could not be beat. While not totally thrilled with the cost (less expensive than other we checked on line), they did an excellent job. The promptness and overall attitude left us feeling well taken care of.

They are really dependable. If you need something in between your three month check in, they don't charge you extra.

We phoned around 12:00pm on Saturday afternoon to have someone come out and inspect an area of the house for termites. Our siding was being replaced and there was one spot by the garage with damaged wood. The company closed at noon on Saturday's but we told them it was an emergency and they sent out one of their technicians. We were told we had termite damage by the garage. They scheduled an appointment to come out two days later to treat the house. The important part of this story is that we would not have been able to complete the siding on that area of the house without the inspection and although we called when they were closing the office for the day they still came out. I gave them a B on price because although I thought it was expensive I have no idea was termite treatment costs.

I called Superior to set up a termite inspection as part of a refinance. The gal on the phone was great! She got me an appointment window of 9-11 for the very next morning - much faster then I expected. The next morning Chris showed up at my door by 10 and was just as nice as could be. He performed the inspection and went over with me where he had checked and what he saw (No termites). I was then emailed my inspection report later that day. Couldn't have gone better!

Dan arrived ahead of schdule and called me while I was still on the road returning from DC. He went ahead and treated the outside while he waited for me. Once I arrived, he inspected the entire house and treated where carpenter ants were found. He also set me up for quarterly treatments. I also scheduled a termite treatment for my house at the same time.

They were terrific in everything. They were really good, from the estimate to the actual job. They were proactive. They covered their feet when they came inside the house. They were really very good. I would use them in the future.

We had an ant problem in the kitchen for a couple of weeks. I had put down some DCon ant traps, but they didn't seem to have any effect. I called Pest Now and was able to arrange a visit for two days later. The technician arrived promptly at noon. He inspected the kitchen and the outside of the property. He then went around with a sprayer and bait gun and then left liquid traps at a few key locations. He pointed out a few things I needed to do around the outside like trim back some hedges that were actually touching the house. I just paid the $85 for the quarterly plan and off he went. Within two days, the ants were gone and haven't returned.

Extremely impressed with this company; signed up for contract at $85/quarter. Schedulers very accommodating -- needed to make time earlier in day for first treatment and requested an earlier day for second treatment. John came out the day after I called to treat an ant and mice problem. He was both knowledgeable and considerate of children/dog in home. About to have two-week follow up. Fully confident in their willingness to come out and to handle problem.
