They are punctual and haven't had any trouble with them. One time we had ants and they came back out and sprayed for free.

I like the fact that I can call them anytime when I have a problem in between my quarterly appointments, and they will come out and take care of it. Our particular guy goes above and beyond, if I have an extra issue, he usually treats it for me anyway. I will continue to use them in the future.

Went very well. Called on Monday. Appt with inspector/sales guy on Tuesday morning. He arrived a little later than he said, but was very nice and explained everything that would happen. We paid on Tuesday and two different crews showed up on Wednesday and were there early for their appointment. The first crew did the non-termite stuff and the second crew did the termite stuff. They were flexible and knew enough about the product that they were using to know to apply it safely around our garden beds. Our cat ended up getting covered in some of the spray that went up onto the joists which was our fault for not making sure we closed the door, but the stuff isn't that toxic. We were concerned and called the initial guy and he were able to tell us all about the chemicals. The guy who sprayed for ants gave us his cell number and said that there was a no ant guarantee, and that he is assigned to our area so if we see anything we can give him a call and he'll probably be able to head right over. Very nice. I put a B for price, which is perhaps unfair. I was unprepared for how much doing this type of injection barrier termite treatment would cost. Turns out it was about $700. Not sure if this is higher or lower than others but it was worth it to us because they were just so easy to deal with and so fast to come out and get the work done once we had decided we wanted it.

It went well. They did a good job, and I like the technician that they send.

They are fast . I don't need to be there. They can use lock boxes, and they give a quality report with a quick turn around time. If I need to call them and talk to me, they would even from the field. I can ask questions about the report if I don't understand what they send me. They are pleasant and are on time. I would continue to use their services in the future.

We contacted them on Friday and they gave us an appointment the next day....a Saturday! Our technician was on time, took his time getting information from us on any problems we were having, made sure we knew exactly what he was doing and was very thorough inspecting our home. Did I mention that he was also very polite and well dressed? I feel very fortunate to have found this company!

It was a good experience. The service is good. They explain everything very well about what they are doing. They are very thorough. We are going to use them again this year. We are going to renew our contract with them. My husband is happy with the price.

They got rid of the roaches; the only thing I found irritating was they sort of signed us up for this every three month system without making that very clear to us. The second time they came they just sprayed outside the house because we were not home and they charged us for that. We did not want the three month service and they did not make their program entirely clear to us. I will use them again in the future.

My experience with this company was on mark for how a company should be run. I called early in the AM around 7 and left a voicemail explaining my bat scenario. I got a call back within :90 mins from a young girl who took my information and said an inspector will give me a call. Within minutes there was a call back and was told within a few hours either he or his manager will be out to take a look and let me know my options. I was called immediately upon completion of the inspection that I did have bats in my attic and what the steps would be to get rid of them and close of the holes. All I said was "do whatever you need to so I don't have to be in the same house with a bat". They were done by the time my contractor was done so I never had to take time off work. The guys were extremely professional and efficient. I am so thankful I went on Angie's List to find this company. I will recommend them in the future to anyone who needs a company with their services.

They were quite good. We had a rat when we moved in. They caught the rat and put in traps. We had a few roaches and ants and they sprayed every quarter, inside and outside. We have not had any problems with pests. They did a good job in getting rid of the problem.

Their billing is very consistent and easy to understand because it is just $85 per quarter. They come out as many times as we feel is needed. If the pests aren’t gone after the first time then they come out and take care of it again at no additional charge. The only thing that I probably really don’t like is they don’t tell me when they are going to come. They just show up. If I need to, I would use them in the future.

contacted the company and the sales guy came out the next morning right on time. We talked about the problem and my time schedule. He gave me what i wanted and the technicians came out the next morning to do the job. everything went like clockwork.
