I’m happy with them. The staff is very polite. They always knock on the door when they arrive. I don’t have to be here for the treatment but every time they offer to do an inside treatment if I want it; they offer it but they don’t push.

With the service plan they have, the treatment guy comes in and sprays around the house even if I’m not at home. Basically they send the bill later and so far I haven’t had any pests around here. They are pretty reliable, come when they say they are and are accommodating as far an as arranging their schedule to meet my needs. I do not have bugs but they used to always try to upsell me into other jobs which I did not like so I complained about it; they stopped doing that. They are pleasant and cooperative however. They generally have a two hour window during which they can show up and they stick to that. I will use them again in the future.
