They are pretty good. They do everything that I expecct them to do.

We have been using him because my client had a contract with them. Since the client has the management contract, he comes and does the treatment at no cost. They do come when you call them. They seem to be efficient. From what I know about the product, they are using the same product as the other companies. They come out to areas that others don't. I will continue to use them, as needed.

.I think the prices are a little bit better then Terminix and they have a nice personable touch. They have a guy who stops by regularly and makes sure everything is ok and they don't charge you for treatments in between quarterly sessions if you discover some bugs. So we gave them a try and have been using them for some time now.

I found them on Angie's List. They were quite.good. They were pretty good and straight forward. They didn't try to sell me anything. He recommended a plan based on what I had told him. He came out the next day and did the application. The pricing is fixed, so there wasn't any negotiating. They seemed to do a good job, and I would use them again.

I've been really happy with it. If you see anything between routine visits they will come back for free. They are really convenient to work with. They are easy to contact and easy to schedule with. They will do the work when I'm not able to be home and send me an invoice.

I noticed a swarm of flying insects outside my kitchen window, and called to request a service call. I was given an appointment the very next day, and the team that arrived were very professional, and immediately went to work, inspecting every nook and cranny for evidence of any infestations. Fortunately, nothing was found, but a treatment to the ground and perimeter of the house was recommended since I live in a heavily treed area. I was impressed by the excellence of this firm, their responsiveness, and the thoroughness of how they perform their jobs. I highly recommend this company, and would most certainly use them again.

Its a good program and decent price. They are easy to reach, responsive, and punctual. I suppose it will be a long time before I can truly vouch for their services but so far so good, no problems. They are also helpful with advice on pest prevention like where to stack my firewood, etc.

They are fantastic! The guy that was our technician was super knowledgeable about the type of insect infestation we had. He gave us pointers on how to avoid future problems, as well as treating the existing problems. We have a problem with ants He walked around the house and showed us where the odoriferous brown house ants liked certain areas, and how to avoid having them reoccur. It wasn't only providing us with treatment, but also prevention. I really liked that. I would definitely use them again.

Their technicians perform anything requested. Even though they come out quarterly, they will come out at no charge if you request. Their rates are reasonable. They are there when they say they will be. They have came out to remove a bee's nest that was not a part of their quarterly visit. Also, they are great at checking in.

Right now, they are called PestNow, but they were called Superior Pest Management. I like them. They charge me per visit, which is once a quarter. They are really good. I had an ant problem in my kitchen and they took the time to diagnose it. The guy that came out had a flashlight where he tried to figure out where they were coming from. Then, he put the bate in and the colony died later. I changed from another vendor who were actually good in other things, but they weren’t able to solve this problem. They come and spray within their league. It wasn’t horrific as far as taking the time to try to find out where they were coming from, look at the tracks and stuff like that. He lives up to his profession. He talked specifically about colonization and all that stuff, and I actually found it interesting, so it was an interesting discussion for me, but the fact is that he actually used probably whatever knowledge he had.

They have a good price. They use a non-organic product. I know that because I talked to the guy. They would come in the house if I wanted them to, but I don't. They show up when they are supposed to. They send a letter about three weeks in advance telling you what you need you to do and that they'll be coming. If they aren't doing the inside of your house, you don't need to be home. The price is about the same as the previous service I was using; they are about the same as everybody else. We don't have ants anymore.

I discovered that we had birds living in our dryer exhaust vent and I contacted several pest control companies to get assistance with the issue. I had 3 different companies (one beingPestNow) come to the house on Monday, May 1st to provide free estimates. It is extremely important to me to get the best price and service for anything I shop for. My husband and I work during the day, but my mother in law kindly agreed to stay at the house to be there for the estimates. I asked her to let me know how friendly and professional the various companies were. I believe Jason was the name of the technician that came to our home on Monday. Not only did he offer the best price, but he had the best customer service hands down. My mother in law was very complimentary of him. We appreciated that he put covers on his shoes so he didn’t track any dirt into our home. It’s the little things like that that really make a difference. After getting all 3 quotes and hearing about each tech I knew that PestNow was for us. I was very happy that Jason returned the next day to take care of our vents. He arrived promptly at 9am and was done by 9:30am. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received. Jason was thorough, professional and personable! He did a fantastic job. I have been telling all of my coworkers about the excellent customer service we received from PestNow.

They have been nothing shorter than great. This is the third year in a row that we have used them, and the lawn looks great. The price and quality of service are excellent. They noted there might be termites, and later the next day they called and took care of it right away. They were really nice. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.
