Rat traps were placed, checked at next visit, told rats didn't touch, also told holes in walls would be repaired when problem was resolved - never done or scheduled. Sprayed several times for roaches, did not improve, expected to see dead roaches but there were none. I've done better than they did. Got billed for last quarter, when I complained (in a letter) I was told (in a letter) that I had changed the last scheduled appointment date. Why would I change from a day I am REGULARLY off to a day I regularly work. They also said since no one was home they sprayed outside (didn't need). There WAS someone home and saw no one outside nor did my dogs bark (which they do for anything). The alleged spraying was for insects that I have no problem with. Either the tech lied, went to the wrong address, or the company is looked at the wrong client info. I've done more to resolve my issue than they did. I'm very disappointed with this company, would not use again.

The guy said he didn't see any entries spots into my house so he just gave me four containers of mouse bait and said to call for him to refill them, that was all he could do. I called him once to refill them and then just decided to buy my own bait for $20 and do it myself. He was very nice, but $185 for some mouse bait? In the meantime I still have mice and have figured out where they are getting in from the outside of my house. I will either hire someone else or put spray foam in by myself.

Very well. They were very professional. Looked inside and outside the house. Put bait traps inside where there were signs of activity. Found and closed several possible entry points outside that may have been the source of the problem. Must be effective: found a dead mouse this a.m.

Pest Now comes out quarterly to spray and treat around the house. I have needed them stop by once in the last four years for additional treatment; they were prompt and very courteous. They are very thorough during the annual termite treatment as well.

Installers were not knowledgeable about impact of insulation, roof ventilation and ice dams. i had to suggest that before any work done, and sealing was needed. At insulation install, did not want to install baffels for soffits to ensure these did not get plugged up preventing airflow. Unfortunately I stopped them midway in their process and questioned why not used. Installers indicated these not needed. I insisted they were and got treated like 'the little lady's doesn't know what she's talking about. They then began to put them in but in most cases it was too late. They did not tack them in properly so they flipped on top of the insulation and did not stay up against the roof of preventing the insulation for blowing into soffit s. Now that a cold winter is upon us, I'm seeing impact of their work -- I've got ice dams on my roof. now I'll need to clean out soffit s and retrofit battles to fix this mess.

Had a rocky start but they went above and beyond. Will continue to use.

After 6 weeks or so, the evidence of rats is almost completely gone. Chad continues to come out weekly to check the bait stations and traps, and look for evidence I may have missed. He (and all the employees who have come here) have been nothing but professional, responsive, and empathetic. They know what they are doing, and they do it well. I highly recommend this company. The $1100 price tag may seem steep, but the cost included the initial assessment, all the repairs, as many home visits as was needed to get on top of the problem. As the rats died (some in the house), all I had to do was call, and someone came out the next day to remove it - I was too squeamish do it myself. The price also includes routine quarterly visits to spray for bugs as well. If I see any bugs or any kind of critter between quarterly visits, all I have to do is pick up the phone and call, and I know I can be sure someone will be out as soon as possible, often within a day. This peace of mind alone is well worth the price.

Generally very good. One small issue was that we scheduled four treatments over the course of the year. Twice they provided us advance notice that they would be coming by on a certain day and we made sure to be home so they could come into the house as needed to treat areas. The first time they showed up a day early and we missed them. The next time, their treatment person didn’t knock on the door so by the time we noticed he was outside he said he was finishing the treatment and didn’t think there was a reason to come into the house. So we didn’t even try to be home for the fourth, final treatment.

Called for an appointment and turn around was less than 48 hours. Technician called as I was told he would when he was 30 minutes out. He completed a thorough inspection, let me know everything was okay, and said the invoice and inspection would be sent to me in a few minutes. As promised both came. It was easy to pay online and send the inspection to my lender. In addition, when checking around the cost of this inspection was half of what other local companies wanted.

Very professional and prompt; unfortunately, this year's application to get rid of our ants didn't work on the first try like prior years. So we had to have them come out again to spray; after the second treatment it was much better.

The rodent control went OK. The problem has been the billing. I purchased an Angie's List coupon for $185 prior to the service, and since the service was performed on December 13, 2016, their billing department keeps sending me billing notices, as well as making threatening phone calls. I have tried to resolve this with the provider (including e-mailing them an image of the coupon purchased), to no avail. Do not use these people. Their billing operation is at best incompetent, and at worse a fraud.

PestNow performed a very efficient termite treatment when we bought our house about 18 months age. When we had evidence of rodent infestation we called them back. They found extensive problems and showed me photographs to confirm how bad a problem I had in both my attic and crawl space. They removed all the old, contaminated, insulation in both areas, sealed entry points and laid traps, then installed new installation. the price for all these services was very reasonable. Phil and his team were very professional and helpful, they went out of their way to ensure that everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I have taken out a quarterly contract with them to keep the house rodent-free.

Had the company come over to inspect. Before booking the appointment, I informed the company that the property was a rental property and any communications/issues need to be shared with us first. The technician didn’t find any evidence of the mice in the whole house; but put bates in a several places. In this process, I am not sure what conversation they had with the tenants, but the technician tried to sell attic insulation to the tenants. This cause some issues, as the tenant, thought we had mice because of the old insulation and they were coming in form the attic. I contacted the company with my displeasure. They did come back out to re-inspect and found nothing. To make sure I had this issue documented, I requested a DETAILED report of the initial and revisited inspection. All I got was a brief summary of the second visit.

It went well. My tech was very thorough and plugged potential openings through which mice could enter.

I am 61 years old, and this was one of the most honest/ reputable firms I have ever dealt with. Mr Dale Cannon , was a great guy and I called him with a follow-up question , after his work hours, and he followed up with me 3 times to answer my question , on his own time. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! These people are customer service oriented and its about good service and not just sales. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

They were professional, timely and excellent at explaining the issue and what was needed. Our mice problem was gone in days. Highly recommend!
