Patricia's Multiservices & Landscaping

On September 13, 2023, representatives with Patricia's Landscaping refused to depart my property after being advised to do so by my wife. They refused our wishes for them to depart, and in my opinion, in Violation of Article 5 of the Virginia Code for knowing and intentionally trespassing on the lands of another without permission. They admitted on video, that my spouse asked them to leave, chose not to do so, and admitted that they knew they were trespassing (on video). This information has been provided to the Fairfax County. In my opinion, this company has no respect for the law, does not care about you, your family, or your property.

They were lightning quick to respond. They gave a fair estimate and provided high-quality plants with a good design in accordance with our wishes. The whole job was done in two days and looks great and is easy to maintain. I am very satisfied!

Good! Only a few minor issues

Our landlady was very particular about the status of the house for the movein clean and his team did an oustanding job! They detailed both houses so well that it was a pleasure leaving one and going to the next one. The only downside was that neither of the ladies spoke English, so it was hard to communicate to them unless Freddy was there. Freddy was a pleasure to work with. He made it very easy to get exactly what I needed done. Both houses looked amazing!
