PAINTWORX

We have used Paintworx several times in the 10 years we've been in our home. We have been extremely satisfied with every experience. Ted Jackson is the best! I have always gotten a very quick response on my requests for quotes, pricing is great, and everyone has always been professional and very friendly. The team always make sure the job is done right, often even checking back in later to make sure everything is OK. I wouldn't use any other company!

I like everything about Paintworx. They're clean. They are on time. They do a great job. They have nice people. They're honest. You can leave the house while they're painting. They won't steal anything from you. They're great at drywall repairs, baseboard repairs. They get the paint for you. They are fair and reasonably priced. If you're not happy with anything, they'll come back and no problem fix it to your satisfaction. They clean up their mess. They're topnotch on everything.

Four male workers showed up in an unmarked van, with unmarked shirts and put a ladder up 3 stories to our roof. When we asked them to identify who they were (because we weren't expecting workers this day), they said they didn't know what company they worked for. The workers then proceeded to put their ladder up on our neighbors townhouse, damage their house in the meantime by mistakenly hitting the ladder on a window trim when aiming for the roof, and enter our roof from our neighbors roof without our consent. It was only when we called the police that the workers magically remembered they worked for PAINTWORX. As a female who is home alone a lot, they were completely unprofessional and I downright thought they were robbing our house. So unprofessional- no marked shirts or marked van and couldn't remember who they worked for (even though I was speaking to them in fluent Spanish, so language wasn't an excuse). FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

All went very well. Taped and prepped everything. Cleaned up afterward.

First of all, they were on time. They covered their shoes and all furniture while they worked. The foreman met me in the morning and left. The team worked and were very quiet. They erected a set up so they could reach the high ceilings. they took their breaks outside. I offered them water and something to eat, they only took water. The work took 2 days. When they were finished, they removed all of their materials, They even took my vacuum on the last day and made sure there was no sign of debris. They were very polite, professional and prompt. At one point, on the 2nd day, I ran an errand while they were in my house. After having bad experiences with contractors in the past, I was pleasantly surprised and have recommended them to my friends. I also used them recently to put up some shingles that needed to be replaced. The color was off and they came and promptly replaced what the shingles they gave me. No arguments, just top quality service.

Paintworx surpassed all expectations in terms of matching the colors we were looking for as well as excellent quality of work. They were timely and easy to communicate with. This couldn't have been an easier transition into our new home with the project staying on time for our projected move in date.

The deck was in terrible shape from bad work by a prior contractor. They sanded away the bad and properly washed / stained / sealed it. It was pricey to fix but made 100% difference in the appearance of my deck.

I've used Paintworx several times over the last 3 years. First, they were the contractor who painted the exterior and interior of my custom home. The home has substantial cornice detail as well as wood windows. Both are very detail oriented painting tasks and the Paintworx crew did an excellent job. When they were done, I didn't have any paint on the windows and the cornice still looks new (after yearly bug wipe downs). I used Duration paint, which I think helps, but with paint, it's all in the preparation and they did it superbly. Next, they prepped and painted the interior with a primary color and several rooms with unique Sherwin Williams colors. The interior has equally complicated cornice and baseboard which all required care to prep and paint. We love our paint. I've had Paintworx back twice to re-color a few walls and perform other paint related tasks. They used extreme care in my now occupied home. When they were done, they cleaned up, put things back in place, and generally made the house right. No worries. It's pretty hard to find a painter that you can trust to do a good job on a new build and come back in when the house is furnished and show the necessary level of care and commitment to paint in that environment.
