I could not be happier with how my kitchen renovation turned out from NV Kitchen and Bath. Taylor helped me turn my ideas into a beautiful design and Harb, the project manager, made sure that everything was implemented exactly to specification. I had a wall taken out which added time to the project but the entire crew was very professional and pleasant to work with. I only wish I would have done this sooner.

I highly recommend NV Kitchen and Bath. They recently completed a kitchen remodel project at our home and were a pleasure to work with. We’ve been living in our new kitchen for a few months now, and can say that we truly love it and in addition to meeting our needs, is aesthetically beautiful. Throughout the design and build phase, they were very easy to work with, consultative, transparent about the process, and delivered a high quality product at a fair price. Harb the project manager and Anna the designer were both very helpful, highly communicative, and professional. The few challenges we encountered were addressed quickly and professionally. The workers who came to the house every day were skilled, courteous, trustworthy, and tried to minimize disruptions to our day-to-day as much as possible.

We first used NV Kitchen & Bath for our Island remodeling and they did such an awesome job we decided to do the entire kitchen. Thank you Homer for the great decision guidance! It was the best decision we made. NV Kitchen & Bath delivered the project on time and within our budget. They made the project and process easy and at times enjoyable. Thank you Harb, you are the best project manager! We will use them for our master bathroom remodeling as well!

We had a good idea of what we wanted for the end result of our project. We remodeled a 56 sq. ft. master bathroom. Final inspection occurred two months to the day after work started. There were a few hiccups in the quantity of tile ordered and hardware and, of course, there were delays due to different contractors doing different parts of the project, i.e. frameless shower contractor, countertop and sink contractor. All in all, the final result is beautiful, crisp, and very functional; a huge improvement over what we had before. The main contractors who did the plumbing and electrical, plus general work, were fantastic and worked well together. Thank you Carlos and Jerman along with your helpers!

The NV Kitchen and Bath Team were excellent to work with. Our Designer, Shafa designed a gorgeous kitchen remodel for us and stepped us through choosing every finish and detail. Our Project Manager, Wilmar was so easy to work with and demonstrated a deep commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We especially enjoyed working with Jose and his crew, Edwin and Nixon. Jose is truly a master craftsman. He was like a creative magician at solving problems as they presented themselves. These are the folks we saw start every day on time and worked diligently and with expert precision and care to deliver a high quality product. He and his crew paid such attention to every minor detail, resulting in a truly beautiful and remarkable end result. Thank you NVK Team for our beautiful custom kitchen!

This whole process has been great. They listened to our requests, came in close to budget, respond quickly to any questions and are getting the work done on time. The crew is fantastic.

NV Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job remodeling both our master and hall bathrooms. The entire team was professional and easy to work with. Shafa had a great redesign for our master bathroom, taking what we wanted into consideration. Ryan answered all our questions throughout the process and was very responsive and helpful. The crew working was careful and professional. We're very happy with the results and would use them again.

We are in the process of having a bathroom remodeled and it has not been a pleasant experience. Aside from the amount of time it took to get the estimate and design and contract (several months), their attention to detail and consistency of details among design plans leave a lot to be desired. They included a major design item in the work they are doing but it was not discussed in any design sessions or prior to contract - and is a 'feature' that we don't want and has adverse effects. More to follow as we continue the process but I would not recommend due to their lack of communication and inability to care about what the customer needs, wants, and what they deliver. Update 1 - After meeting with the store manager and the project manager about my dissatisfaction, we moved forward on the understanding that every step was to be reviewed with me to prevent rework. That didn't happen consistently. As tiling began on the shower, I saw how it was being installed and actually had to show the them how to set the tiles in the Running Bond 1/2 offset pattern. Good thing I was watching - they only had to rip off 1/3 of one shower wall. I would think that a remodeler doing tile work would understand how to center tiles and do it properly based on the pattern selected and agreed upon. Their crew isn't really good on details and when asked for how I want things, and they are discussed several times with the project manager and the worker, they end up doing it another way or however they understand it which is not correct. A frustrating experience that I wish no other customers experience. I would not recommend them to others.

Not entirely smooth, but reasonable well

Worked on my timeline, we’re professional and competent and communicative. They have remodeled both of my bathrooms now and I wish I had another or an out of date kitchen so I could hire them again. Highly recommend!

We were considering just refacing our kitchen cabinets to save money as we updated our kitchen. NV Kitchen provided a quote for a custom kitchen remodel that was competitive with the refacing quotes we had from other contractors. The designer and took our preferences and dislikes into account, the installers were professional and detail oriented. We’re very happy with our kitchen.

They were able to complete the three bathrooms, within three weeks. I was flexible for them to stay a bit later on certain days, and they also came two Saturdays. We are very happy with how our three bathrooms turned out.

This was an excellent experience. Did a remodel of the master bath. They were on-time, on schedule, and the workemen were exceptional. Definately would use them again.

First and foremost, when approaching a remodel, the initial thought that I believe comes to everyones mind is whether to make it a DIY project or hire the contractor approach to make your dream a reality. This is where NV first exceeded my expectation, they wanted to know the vision my wife and I had in mind before ever approaching any details with pricing and playing the numbers game. Their designers, Shafa and Amir, met us at our home and we broke down every part of the bathroom and what we wanted to do with it. This is a key difference for us since 3 other vendors we met with just showed up for measurements and tried to have this conversation in their showrooms. Aside from just listening, they took the initiative to recommend all the possibilities we could do with the shower door, and there were a few we didn't even know was possible. I don't want to bore you with a long winded review but here are a couple of additional highlights of why we appreciated working with NV kitchen and bath: -Vendors: all the vendors we worked with from Tile selection, to Glass, plumbing, and hands on labor were kind and courteous, treating our home with respect. -Their store manager, Mahmoud, called me personally to confirm the delivery of the materials before the project began. -When the design team reviewed the work of the contractors daily, they weren't shy about replacing them with a more experienced and pro contractor. I'm a guy who believes tough love is real love. -Exceeded the timeline completion by two weeks than originally planned. -Any additional assistance I needed with DIY portions of the project, they didn't hesitate to complete and insisted they support me. Real ones. -Finally, I enjoy companies that treat their own employees with kindness. When Amir had to depart on vacation, another kind individual, Wilmar, was there to support us through the end of the project, and I could tell how accommodating they are to the personal lives of their employees. (Happy employees do the best work) -Last but not least, they offered me a nice cup of tea and chocolate as we sat down and got to business any time I showed up in their showroom. Hospitality at its finest. All this kindness, and they were still at a better price than the other 3 vendors we discussed this project with. Highly recommend.

My relationship with Northern VA Kitchen and Bath (NVKB) began in July 2021 with them providing a bathroom remodel design that provided me with everything I wanted in a primary bath. The designer listened to what was important to me and instead of telling me what I couldn’t have or do; she was creative and helped me find acceptable solutions. This was the primary reason I selected them for my remodel project. During the product and finishing’s selection phase, I was pleased with the options of materials they provided to select from and though their price for the job was expensive, it was competitive. Not too long after final measurements were taken of my space we were off to the races. There were a few hiccups related to materials ordering, but after those were straightened out things went relatively well. Once demolition was completed a few design changes were needed and NVKB was very cooperative and flexible in making those changes without me occurring additional cost. I must say that the quality of the workmanship was great. The crew really paid attention to detail, and worked with me to make adjustments on the fly where it made sense to do so. Though there were moments of misunderstandings and frustrations, I’m glad I selected NVKB for the project and would do it again all things considered. I’m pleased with the way the remodel came together and I love the finished product. A word to the wise, regardless to whom you select to do a remodel project, make sure you understand fully what is involved and the time lines for getting things done. Don’t take anything for granted.

They offer quality kitchen cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops at a very reasonable price. The workers are friendly and listened to what I asked for; it feels like talking to good friends. The sales people weren't pushy, listened to what I wanted, and tried their best to make it happen. Sean was my sales person for the granite and cabinets, while Shafa was doing the floor sales. Matt was the project manager. They were always available, pleasant, and super nice. Every person in this company - from the designer to the people who put the floors and granite in - is reliable, hard-working, and keeps at a steady pace. There was communication every step of the way so that I was always aware of what was going on. I never had any suprises. I am very pleased with the whole company and would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again if I ever have the need.

NV Kitchen & Bath Remodeling were absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I were not only new to the renovation world, but also first time home owners. We interviewed a couple companies before we picked Matt. Matt and his team helped us fully remodel our kitchen, master bathroom, and half bath and we couldn’t be happier with the results!! we felt confident in his ability and experience.
