Nova Painting Company

The Nova team that came to the house was top notch clean, courteous, and friendly. They even repaired a portion of chair rail in one of the rooms just because they saw that it was coming loose from the wall. I had the work done in February 2015 between snow storms the original start date was scheduled for a Tuesday the night before I received a call from John Davis letting me know that for safety reasons (it was snowing) they would like to start on Wednesday. I appreciated the call the night prior and not the morning of. Due to the snow our three children were home the Nova team members were so nice to the kids especially my son as he as at the stage he likes to help. Carpentry and painting were excellent I would recommend them to friends and family.

Could not have gone better. Mark, the president, and his team are all very professional. They do exactly what you ask them to do. The quality of the work is excellent. The kitchen cabinets look like new. The workers take extra care to cover everything to prevent damage and clean up everything at the end of each day.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. The professionalism from the CEO to the two painters was amazing!! I can't even describe how great it was to have people in my house that I was able to trust while I was not able to be there. When I came home after they were done it was like walking into a brand new place. Outside of the fresh paint job you would have never known that the painters were there because there was no mess. I highly recommend Nova Painting Company and will definitely use them again!! Fantastic company!!!

The salesperson from Nova Painting Company is very knowledgeable and nice. The workers are very neat. Everything is pretty perfect, that they do. I've used them do other things while they were there. They fixed some doors and did some other minor repairs. Their painting job is the best one I've ever had. They've done other work for me before. They're perfectionists. If there's any problems, they just redo the job. They just fix it. I have never had them do anything that wasn't good. One time they painted a finish I didn't like and they just repainted it without charging me.

I had met with and received quotes from 4 other companies before I contacted Nova Painint. I actually contacted Nova Painting by accident. I had seen another company with a similar name on Angies List and thought I was talking to them. By the time John Davis, the Vice President of Operations for Nova Painting, had come to my home I had realized what had happened. By the end of his visit, however, Mr. Davis's knowledge, profesionalism and demeanor convinced me to consider Nova Painting. I asked them for a quote which was at the higher end of the quotes I had received. I was honest and told them that they were my first choice in everything but the price and asked them if they would match the average of the quotes I had received which they agreed to. Nova Painting did a superb job. They started and finished the job on schedule. The crew was neat, arrived on time each morning and kept an accurate log of the repairs they made. Mr. Davis came byevery few days to check the work and discusss the the progress with me. In a few cases, he made some suggestions that I decided to go with. For example, he convinced me not to paint the alluminum gutters but to clean them and replace the rusting screws with new colored stainless steel ones. Nova Painting did beautiful work and the company was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Davis was a true assett to the company and the projec.t. I would use the company again and I highly recommend them to others even though they were not listed on Angies List and Consumer's Checkbook previously.
