NV Roofing was great. From the initial process until the completion of my project they kept me informed of all the steps, price was great and my new roof looks amazing!

Two years later, the roof leaks in the same place. Granted, they did say that there was no warranty on the workmanship, but I had hoped they would have done a better job.

The work was pretty good up front but it took them months to finish the job. Over all it work out but it's a toos coin if I will use them again. Their pricing was super attractive.

Outstanding! Worked with Melvin to get our roof replaced, and the whole process was fast, professional and completed on time and on budget. Melvin was in constant contact with us as we worked through the process and came back a week afterwards ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Great experience.

During the recent wind, hired Northern Virginia roofing and signed up with Ryan Hirmer. They put a tarpauline to cover up on the roof and charged 500$ for the basic tarp. I was about to use them for roof install as well and then i found another contractor who could do it earlier/faster and at 1500$ less price. I went with the other contractor. The tarp flied away in the next wind and I called Ryan Hirmer and he did not pick up the phone but texted him. He told it is not their responsibility to put it back since I'm not moving forward with them for roof install. I ended up paying 500$ for a basic tarp that did not even stay for 2,3 weeks.

We were very happy with the work done by NV Roofing. From start to finish, everyone we engaged with was friendly and professional. Wayne, our main contact point, was terrific and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. He even noticed a previously poorly repaired gutter and offered to replace it as part of the project. When they left, they cleaned up completely. We highly recommend NV Roofing.

It went well, and fast. Although, the gutter work was done at night in the pitch black. The quality was good, but I was very concerned for the gutter guys' safety. They missed picking up some of the old shingle and gutter nails on the driveway and lawn. My lawn tractor caught a shingle nail in a tire, and a gutter nail in the blade.

Very professional. The price was whatever the insurance company approved. Some feel this isn't right. I was very happy with the job and it didn't cost me anything. I wasn't out to get money out of the deal. I just wanted a new roof. They improved the roof with a very sturdy protective cover - not tar paper. They told me it was the cover they use in Florida for hurricanes. You couldn't penetrate the covering. They also put an ice-barrier covering that was code but the building hadn't installed. They painted the exhaust pipes black and replaced everything even a new attic fan. They removed everything and had a magnet to clean up any nails in the yard and driveway. Everything was covered to prevent damage to bushes and air-conditioner.

Entire process took a few months (but that includes insurance, inspections, weather, etc.). On the actual day of work, the crew was in and out in about 8 hours (includes removal, install, cleanup... even lunch). The team was fast and thorough.

It worked fine. We had a 20 something year warranty on it, and everything worked fine. They got the job done as quoted.

They were very prompt and curteous initially. After a problem arose after installation definitely did not receive prompt service. I had to make numerous calls to get them to come back to the house

It went great. Northern Virginia Roofing took responsibility for their installation. They were extremely professional and went the extra mile to make sure this installation would be right. They kept me informed and came on schedule. They really exceeded all my expectations in this repair. I give them A+ in honesty and hard work.

We were trying to find the source of a roof leak. We had several roofers out to take a look and they couldn't find the issue. NVA Roofing came out and was sure that the problem was the gutter in the back of the house. They replaced the gutter quickly and for a decent cost. At the next rain storm it was evident that they were wrong. The leak persisted. I called them back and it took several calls to get someone to come back out. They came back out and found a small hole in our metal roof. They patched the hole for free. I gave them a B because I paid for a gutter I didn't need and they were hard to contact after the mistake. But they did fix the issue and did quality work.

They arrived on time, inspected the roof and replaced the shingles missing without additional cost.

It is a $75 big deal purchase for roof maintenance package. The package was $75 for $400 roof maintenance so I thought it was a good deal and I had a couple of shingles that needed to be replaced so I called them up. They said if the pitch of the roof is greater than 12 to 1 then they can do it or whatever or there is extra. I am homeowner and I don?t know what it 12 to 1 pitch is ? is a 12 inches to 1 foot or I have no idea. They came out and they estimate and say it?s a 12 to 1 and will be $475 and I said I am not paying $475 in order to get thee shingles replace. What they did was they gave me $75 worth of credit for another job. They were nice when they came out and everything but they just said they wouldn?t do it because my roof was greater than 12 to 1 pitch. They didn?t do work at all. They came out and look at it and so you have 12 to 1 pitch. If you want to get the three shingles replace then it would be $475. They just gave me the $75 credit if should I need a roofer again and that was like 10 months ago. I have the $75 credit and kinda a little bit gutter work to do I?ve called them and they said they were going to have estimate or get hold on me?whatever I don?t know but I called them on Tuesday and so I am waiting for call from them. I got a little bit of gutter work to see if they will do it. He was fine. The guy was very nice. He was very professional, courteous. He obviously appeared to know what he was doing and all that. When you are selling a product to a homeowner use terms that homeowner can relate to so what that mean to me is the average to a homeowner. I cannot go up on the roof and measure the rise over run. In that respect the company was fine. It just the add was a little wasn?t worth that made amenable to me in realizing that my roof was greater than what I expect for their service. A great company as far as we took it. They were here when they said they would be.

They were good. They were able to fix certain things but not others because the other things were not within their skill area. They were repairing whatever they could repair. We have a leak between the garage and the main house and they were not able to really address that but they did take care another leak. We had to get another company to do the repair work. They gave good service for what we got with the deal.

It went very well. I was very please.

Everything turned out well. They we were honest in telling us that the roof had no hail damage, and they didn't try to upsell us which we appreciated.

I had scheduled a date and time to have this company come to my home to provide an estimate for a removal and replacement of the roof as well as some additional repair work. On the day of the inspection, I got a call asking if they could reschedule. I agreed and was assured that the company would call me on the following business day. I have not received a call back (several weeks later). The company had several opportunities to contact me via phone or email prior to the day of the inspection to reschedule, but did not. Since it was a work day, I had to take leave that I otherwise would npt have had to take... Not impressed.

They were responsive and did what they said they would do.

On day of the service the contractor did not have a long enough ladder to reach the roof, I called again to reschedule and left a voicemail, but did not get a call back, the service was not performed and I got it done from another contractor, basically lost my $75..

I had purchased an offer for a complete roof inspection. Their representative came at the appointed time, did not do any roof inspection - but suggested that the roof would need replacement. He also said that the collected fee of $75 would be refunded as he had done no inspection. This was several months back. I am yet to receive the refund.

Mr. Livingston was recommended by a roofing material distributor. He was most responsive in making an appt to come to look at completely replacing our roof and promised an estimate in 2 days which would have been a Friday. This is a big job so I gave the company until Wednesday of the following week before calling. I have phoned 3 or 4 times have been promised return calls and at one point was promised by Mr. Livingston that he was working on the quote. I have yet to see an estimate or get a return call. No explanation why. I feel this is very unprofessional. Other contractors at least admitted they were not interested in the job but nothing from this company.

Nothing, I called after purchasing the coupon to setup the appointment, it was scheduled and I took time off of work to meet with the employee. They said they would call the evening before the appointment to confirm, they did. I was told they would be there between 3:00 - 5:00 in the afternoon. About 5:15 I received a call telling me the contractor was going to be late, I responded okay how long and the contractor said about 45 minutes. That is when everything went wrong, he asked me why I wanted to have the roof inspected, I told him I had a single shingle that I thought was missing and he promptly told me that was not cover and would be about $500.00 more to replace a single d*** shingle, I said "what", he repeated the number and I said what didn't the ad state that, he said it did, I disagreed and said okay I still want the roof inspected. He said was on the way, but never showed up.
