Description of Work: Ines and her team cleaned our home expertly for 4 years, till we moved out of their service area.

Description of Work: Nice and Neat is a privately owned and operated business which adheres to very high standards. In addition, those who manage and work for Nice and Neat could not be kinder and are most trustworthy. In addition to the nornal duties of a cleaning service, I have found Nice and Neat to be receptive to my requests for special cleaning needs from time to time. I have been fortunate to know the folks at Nice and Neat for over 5 years.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for a thorough housecleaning. This company was very cooperative in setting up a time, and I was completely satisfied with the job they did. Definitely will be using them again!

Description of Work: Move out cleaning. They did a good job except for the blinds. I noticed some dirt on one & they wiped it off. After they left & the blinds dried, I saw they were all dirty & I had to re-wash them.

Description of Work: I love Nice and Neat cleaning service. Ines Portugal is very professional yet also personal. I have used the service for over a year. They have been very responsive to my needs for them to come on a specific day within a window of time. Sometimes I've wanted to change the frequency. She has always been able to accommodate us and have ALWAYS come when expected. I'm not sure exactly what products they use but green cleaning is very important to us. I like very much that this company is small and personal. Ines herself comes every time I think and supervises the excellent crew. The cleaning is consistently great and any minor complaint I've ever had has been taken care of.

Description of Work: I had hurt my wrist and was desperately in need of housecleaning. I called Ines (who lives in the same zip code as I do). She came to my house and gave me an estimate and made an appointment to clean. We had to reschedule because of a power outage, so Ines arranged to come on the weekend. I really appreciated that I didn't have to wait long for an opening. Ines, her husband, and a helper spent three hours cleaning two bathrooms, the basement, living room, dining room, stairs, office, and a very large kitchen/family room that has a ceramic tile floor. I don't know how she cleaned the aging wood floors in our small Arlington Colonial, but they look better than they have for many years. And they did a great job on the ceramic tile floor which exhausts me every time I clean it. My wrist will be better soon, but there's no way I can clean the way Ines did. So I plan to have her clean on a regular basis. Thank you Ines.
