My inspector was Aric Zaxy. He was prompt, polite and thorough. He went through every space of the townhome. He brought all his own equipment including ladder. You can tell he has a process on how to do things. I am a first time homeowner and he gave me instructions on how the process works and encouraged me to ask questions. He has a background in construction outside of his inspection certification and training which is a plus. His report was extremely detailed and well documented.

Paulo was an absolute professional. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain his process and answer any questions we had. It was a pleasure working with him.
