Just in case I did not sent this before: Ms. Last did an exceptional job in inspecting our house for the presence of radon. She was very professional: got both the installation of the measuring device and pick-up done quickly but, at the same time, was quite personable and enjoyable to talk to. Ms. Last is the only such inspector we have used, but I seriously doubt there are any out there who could do a better job so professionally and personably. We are more than satisfied with her work.

We did a pre-inspection/walk through inspection for a home prior to putting an offer. The inspection was good but had to ask the inspector to go to additional places (e.g., attic) instead of just going by themselves. They did include photos in the walk through, which is not typical.
