Our home inspector Michael was great. He was fast and efficient pointing out things inside and out. Removed the electric panel to inspect along with checking the interior of furnace. He had a number of things identified that we had to address with our builder

We are using Nextday Inspect for our new home build, they are our peace of mind in every stage of the build. My inspector, was thorough. He was polite and very customer friendly. He pointed out concerning issue, he took his time. The report was very detail with pictures because of this my builder is willing to fix these issue. We use and will be using Next day Inspect throughout our building project. They have done a pre-backfill and a pre-drywall inspection so far, they will be doing our closing and one year warranty inspection also. Our only regret was that we did not know we could have started out with a footing inspection, or we would have had them done so.
