NextDay Inspect

John Fritz called earlier in the week to confirm the appointment. He was on time and worked quickly to review the condition of my roof both outside and inside. I will have to get work done, and John spent extra time with me at the end of the appointment, walking me through what I should ask for and what I could expect. Very happy.

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. Paulo did a fantastic job at explaining everything during the home inspection. His service was truly amazing and friendly. My inspection report was sent to me in less than 24 hours after the inspection and was very detailed. I’m happy we used NextDay Inspect and look forward to using them again in the future.

It all went very well Azmi came out and checked all areas of my home for Mold, particulate, and Radon as well as other gases, we opted for complete screening but they offer all size packages

Aric was respectful, on-time, and very thorough. NextDay responded to my request immediately and was very flexible in scheduling. From start to finish, everyone was very professional. I appreciated them sending a short profile of the inspector who was coming to complete the inspection. It allowed me to feel secure in the company. I had a photo of who to expect at my door and he showed up as expected. The report was completed and detailed. I will use them in the future.

The company was excellent. Not only were they extremely accommodating to a last minute request, the inspector was also very flexible during the inspection (times slightly shifted). Not only was the inspector (Michael) very thorough in his inspection, he was very candid and honest in his responses. In this market, I was hesitant scheduling a walk and talk home inspection, considering that most inspections are waived, however, it gave me the peace of mind knowing more about the house than I would have seen myself. We were happy that the inspector arrived early. He was polite and professional and welcomed our questions throughout the inspection. His report was clear and easy to understand.

In the occupancy item, the inspector wrote: Occupied - Furnished: Heavy volume of personal and household items observed. I really do not get it. Why is in the report a personal observation about how furnished or the amount of volume is in a home, when the purpose of the visit is only to attest the functionality and status of the HVAC system? I am the owner. The volume of my stuff is nobody’s business, but I have an explanation for that: what he saw were all the things that I had to take out of the HVAC unit, including a small portable rack with 4 shelves full of items, so I could make room to the HVAC system inspection. Instead of observing and reporting such things, he should concentrate his work on the HVAC unit. He left the system door on the floor. I had to put it back by myself. He messed up with the regulator, leaving it in a mode that I had no idea how to go back to where it was without help. And what I thing is the worse: when I asked about the condition of the cooler system, he told me that it was ok, nothing to be concerned about for while (different of the hit). But, when the report came, it says that “we recommend the HVAC system be serviced and cleaned by a licensed HVAC specialist”. He did not tell me in person… I wish he did. About the price? I’ve paid almost 300.00. This is a price for an entire home inspection. I don’t think that the 15-minute inspection was worth it. These are the reasons that I give them 2 stars.

My inspection went amazing. Devon was very thorough. He did not rush. He took his time and he was very attentive to each section of the inspection. He answered all of my questions and he provided thorough information. You definitely get everything you need with this company!

Brett was professional, timely and thorough. This was the second inspection we did with him and I would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to inspect your. Both times he was able schedule within one day. On the second we had an issue gaining access to the house and rather give up and leave after 15m, he called me out agent and the listing agent to gain access prior to leaving.

Our home inspector Michael was great. He was fast and efficient pointing out things inside and out. Removed the electric panel to inspect along with checking the interior of furnace. He had a number of things identified that we had to address with our builder

Plenty of availability - I made an appointment for the following day of my call. Helpful customer service when I called to confirm and verify that inspector was ASHI certified. Options to purchase inspections was somewhat confusing online.

We are using Nextday Inspect for our new home build, they are our peace of mind in every stage of the build. My inspector, was thorough. He was polite and very customer friendly. He pointed out concerning issue, he took his time. The report was very detail with pictures because of this my builder is willing to fix these issue. We use and will be using Next day Inspect throughout our building project. They have done a pre-backfill and a pre-drywall inspection so far, they will be doing our closing and one year warranty inspection also. Our only regret was that we did not know we could have started out with a footing inspection, or we would have had them done so. I highly recommend you contact NextDay Inspect the moment you sign a new build contract, their price is not expensive and it is worth the money spent to have a peace of mind.
