Very pleased with NextDay Inspect's services. i have now used them three times (pre-drywall, pre-move in, and 11 months post-move in). They are very prompt and have excellent customer service. Our home inspector, Rhonda, was very very thorough which is reflected in the detailed report that they turned around in 24 hours. I would highly recommend NextDay inspect.

The tech was a few minutes late but other than that the experience was great. Professional and worked will with our team member to complete a thorough home inspection for the homeowner. We have used them before and will continue to use them.

Everything went well. The inspector performed his task in a very professional way and disclosed all the problems that occur in the house.

Inspector returned 69 pages of detailed descriptions of issues, pictures, and necessary remedies, including some limited diagrams of fixes. A truly excellent job, would hire again.

I hired NextDay Inspect to perform home inspection on my first home. My inspector was Keith Pulley. NextDay inspect was very responsive prior to and after my inspection. Keith did a very thorough job of inspecting my three-floor townhome and offered to answer any questions I may have while he was inspecting. Whenever I did have a question, he was very thorough and thoughtful with his answers. He put my mind at ease that I was going to be able to manage my first home investment. Their price was also reasonable compared to the other home inspection services in the area.

The structural/electrical/plumbing inspector was fantastic. He spent over 4 hours going through every inch of the home, provided immediate in-person feedback showing significant issues, and followed up <48 hours later (on a holiday weekend) with a 133-page report with pictures, thermal scans, etc. On a lesser note, the radon inspector showed for a few minutes during the structural inspection and set-up measurements in the basement. The report was issued quickly but I found out later that the radon inspector had not taken into consideration the attached (inaccessible) crawlspace that made up 25% of the lower structure. I found out from a radon remediation contractor that the state code required the radon inspector to measure levels on the 1st floor above the crawlspace in cases where the substructure could not be accessed. Overall, the huge amount of time the structural inspector put into the property was worth the A rating. Just watch the radon inspection if you have a strange basement set-up like the house I am purchasing.

He educated me about radon and did a very thorough job. I was very impressed with his service and he will be picking up the equipment tomorrow. I would highly recommend his services for anyone with mold, termite and/or radon issues. I plan on using his services for my new home as well.

Keith was fantastic from beginning to end. He allowed us to interrupt his process numerous times to ask clarifying questions, and was happy to explain the what's and why's of everything. I would strongly recommend Keith and NextDay Inspect.

NextDay Inspections was really great. I was worried at first that we might not learn everything we needed to make a decision on our home, but they left nothing out of the report. They took the time to point out what was normal and where we should focus our attention on. They was always responsive, on time, and professional.

Mike Dowling and Nick Martin came out to perform my home inspection right away! Their quote was spot on and they were in and out in no time. I could tell they were very knowledge about their field.
