I was so surprised by how easy and great the process was. I called on Tuesday afternoon and the inspector was at my house at 9am Wednesday morning. They were considerate, thorough, and answered my many questions completely, clearly, and without making me feel condescended to. I received a very thorough report the same day.

When I purchased my first home, I didn’t have that much of a great experience with the inspector but we decided to try with next day inspect for my mothers future property and I was completely satisfied with the services provided! Couldn’t have been any better in my opinion, kept me involved through the process, explained the issues and what we could do about it and he took his time. They were a little off on getting us the report in the time frame we requested after saying they would try their best, they just didn’t keep me informed but other than that, I still feel everything was great!
