The service was great!

The home inspection went fine, as far as I know. (Won't really know until we move in and find out if they missed anything.) HOWEVER, they missed their deadline on the radon inspection, resulting in the sellers forcing us to chip in several hundred dollars toward the repair. After more than a week of negotiating with NextDay Inspect and reminding them that I would be writing a review here, they finally agreed to refund $99. I'm still out several hundred dollars, though, and not happy.
