I would recommend this company the inspector Was great and very friendly and thorough. I gave a rating of 4.5 because the inspection was a little longer than specified and the radon test inspector did not come on the date scheduled when I was available to be able to ask questions of the process. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this company. I also wanted to mention that their report was provided to the seller and the seller used NextDay s report for usage to fix some small items in the home.

Nafez Mustafa was the best home inspector we have ever used. He was extremely professional performing the home inspection and answered any questions that we had.
