Excellent Prompt Ontime

NextDay Inspect was everything I could have hoped for in a home inspection company. They were kind, punctual and extremely professional. They were able to perform termite, radon, and a home inspection for me in a very short window of time without compromising on any attention to detail. Our inspector was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and really impressed my dad (and its hard to impress him as he is a mechanical engineer who has an extensive amount of experience in the home-buying and inspecting process). The inspector was also punctual and thorough, he left no stone unturned, making sure my fiance and I were well aware of any issues with the house. The report and resulting pictures were easy to understand and helped us out a lot during our negotiation process. NextDay inspect even went the extra mile of sending us manuals to help us understand how to fix certain things and what things to look for in house FREE OF CHARGE. They even took a time to send my fiance and I a handwritten "thank you" note! I would HIGHLY recommend them over their competitors because I tried to schedule an appointment with a few other options and came across many issues, but not with NextDay inspect. They made this an enjoyable and easy process and my fiance and I truly appreciate it.

Prices are reasonable and in line with other inspection services. Customer service is excellent. Inspection report is thorough and inspector was professional and answered all my questions. I've been through several Home Inspections over the years, but I have to admit.....These guys were thorough and professional. More importantly, I received my report within 24 hours. I usually don't give out 5 stars, but these guys earned it. I would recommend NextDay to anyone that desires an indebt inspection of their home. I plan to use them annually.....
