Two gentlemen inspected my home; they were punctual and professional. It took about 3-4 hours and they were very thorough. One thing though they did not turn on the main breaker switch, therefore some of the utilizes remained off, giving the impression that they were not working at all which was reflected in the final report as not working. Other than that their service was good.

I called on a Thursday late and after hours and they called me the very next day and had an inspector out to the homesite on a Saturday afternoon and a 100+page report by Sunday. The inspector was awesome and very thorough. I haired them for the pre-drywall, pre closing inspection and an 11 month warranty inspection. They knocked it out of the park on the first inspection and I know I picked the right company. They are quick, professional and on top of things. If you need a home inspection you found the best there is - stop looking and hire this company. Your only regret will be if you donâ t hire them and go with a different company.

I hired NextDay Inspect to perform home inspection on my first home. My inspector was Keith Pulley. NextDay inspect was very responsive prior to and after my inspection. Keith did a very thorough job of inspecting my three-floor townhome and offered to answer any questions I may have while he was inspecting. Whenever I did have a question, he was very thorough and thoughtful with his answers. He put my mind at ease that I was going to be able to manage my first home investment. Their price was also reasonable compared to the other home inspection services in the area.
