I hire NextDay Inspect on Thumbtack after seeing many positive reviews. I needed a home inspection done fast. They scheduled quickly, and all communication was clear. Our inspector, Rhonda was friendly and attentive. The only negative is she had to revisit the home the next day because she had not screwed on a panel correctly, preventing the HVAC from operating when she tried to check it the first time. That error cost me a valuable day in the negotiations for my home purchase. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the service and would recommend it to others.

The inspector was both courteous and efficient. He thoroughly inspected all areas of the property, both inside and out. He evaluated the household "hardware" as to its electrical and mechanical condition and in his report he provided information regarding the remaining life of the various components.

I wish I could remember the guys name who did my inspection because he was so great. Super helpful and sweet. He was from the area where I bought my home so that was nice because he told me a little bit about the area which made me feel more comfortable about purchasing my first home there. He also sent the report very quickly. I can't speak much on the price because I did not call around to other places, but it seemed fair.

The young man was very professional. He was definitely trained on their procedures and was able to answer most of my questions; however, I wish I knew to request a seasoned professional who was also familiar with the area. One of my main concerns and the reason for the inspection I had to point it out to him prior to his departure. I didn't like that the roof wasn't physically inspected. It was done via camera pictures. Another thing was I wish he told me to turn on/plug items that he wasn't aloud to turn on so they could be properly inspected.

I truly love my experince with Mike Levine and Tim. They were VERY professional, thorough, friendly, informative and cared about my family's wellbeing. We weren't treated like a job; we were treated like old good friends. They were easy to speak with and EXTREMELY patient with me and all of my questions. My inspector was very through and found many costly items that needed to be repaired or replaced. He wrote the report extremely fast and communicated to me the day of the inspection several concerning findings.
