I was pressed for time to find a quality inspector in the DMV area for an inspection that I had in 2 days time. NextDay Inspect worked with me and the development that I am having my house built in and found a way to complete the inspection very quickly in a 2 day time period. I had a need for a quick home inspection and NextDay Inspect were literally able to provide a next day inspection the following morning. Mike gave me a 30 minute advance courtesy call that he was on the way. He arrived right on time, was very professional and well equipped with the right tools for the assignment. Even though he and I had not spoken in advance about the particulars of my situation he had been briefed by the office so knew what items were priorities for me. He communicated well during the inspection and followed the expected COVID safety protocols. The home inspection report was expected within 48 hours but Mike was able to send out late evening the day of the inspection. Definitely earned high marks and would recommend NextDay Inspect.
