Michael was professional, thorough and great to talk with. I am not a home pro but he seemed to know his stuff and I felt very informed about many things I had suspected but couldn't be sure about. Great experience.

The inspector was very thorough and showed much attention to detail. The good and bad is that they offer ala carte service, so you can choose what services you want. However it does get a bit confusing. We ordered the inspection and the cost estimates. We paid a $50 rush fee to get the report in 24 hours ; however, we didn't realize that we had to pay an additional $40 to get the cost estimates which had a timing of 72 hours from inspection (another surprise, we were initially told 48 hours). We had a tight deadline to decide if we would stay in the contract and these unexpected issues added to the stress. Other note, we informed the company that we were particularly concerned about the roof, and I was told that they would bring a ladder to go up on the roof in additon to using the camera. But they did not go up on the roof and gave us relatively little info on it. Luckily the seller's warrantee was transferable. In summary got great useful information and professional service, but a few surprises that we weren't expecting.

The technician was knowledgeable and straightforward with his comments. A couple of comments lacked stating the location so it was hard for the contractor to identify and correct.

NextDay is Next Level Good. The Tag team of Pete and Mike spent over 4 meticulous hours going over every aspect of the house. They compiled and sent over their report within one day (on a weekend). Thanks so much guys!

I worked with Paulo Narduche to inspect my condo in Northern Virginia. Paulo was very friendly, knowledgeable about home inspection and answered all of my questions. He took his time looking at everything in the unit. I felt confident that heâ d support me through this process and make sure we didnâ t leave any stone unturned. Great very professional

The inspector did a GREAT job and was very patient and explained everything in detail to us. The initial rep. was wonderful and got everything set up leading to the inspection and followed up as well. I called to get a re-inspection with the same inspector and quote for service. After calling several times I still did not get a live person. I went to the site and was told I would be contacted hours later. Once called the guy quoted me an amount that was more than the original inspection. However, he said **to be fair** he wouldnt charge me more for a re-inspection vs the original. He was in sales mode the entire time trying to get me to spend more money. Up until this point, I would give 5 stars across the board however, I was unhappy that nobody picked up the phone during business hours. Plus he was not very personable and tried to up-charge for re-inspection service. Many companies do not charge for re-inspection if they performed the original inspection and if they do it is significantly less. I will seek another company for a re-inspection because of this guy. Aside from him, everything else was a breeze, from the inspection, paperwork, etc. Thanks, Next Day Inspect
