Very detailed report

The report that I received could of been written so that the average home owner could under stand with possible a chart that showed minimum allowable values compared to the readings that where taken.

Absolutely good from start to finish & very reasonable and pricing . And My Inspector Rhoda Leib was the absolutely best . Extremely informative answer questions.

Micheal was very thorough in his job and inspected every corners of the house. His report was also detailed with photos. I liked his overall work.

A fire damaged my townhouse, particularly, my roof and attic. A contractor recommended by insurance company replaced my roof, but I felt that he did not do a good job and needed a 3rd party to have it inspected. Lawrence was on-time and did a great job. I informed NextDay Inspect that I have a 3 level townhouse, which is quite high and was concerned about the ability for them to inspect my roof. I was told that the inspector would use a drone to view and to take pictures of my roof. Although Lawrence did not use a drone, but a GoPro attached to a long pole, he was able to obtain sufficient images of my roof. He also provided insight into other areas of my house that need addressing. I will definitely hire them again.

The inspector - Rhonda - showed up early and was extremely knowledgeable. She was so kind and pointed out maintenance aspects I should keep in mind as a 1st time home buyer. She did a wonderful job and my report was very detailed. She documented everything and gave me a brief breakdown at the end of my inspection.

Rhonda Leib was an excellent inspector. She did a super thorough job and provided photos for EVERYTHING which was extremely helpful and nice to have especially for our final walkthrough with the builder. Another plus was having the detailed report in about 24 hours of the inspection. I can't recommend her enough.

Rhonda Leib is the best home inspector I've met, If I will need a home inspection in the future I will defiantly go to NextDay Inspect and especially Rhonda, the inspection was very thorough and she noticed every little detail in the house! very good quality work, highly recommended.
