Rhonda & NextDay was excellent! I had called about five inspectors for our 1300 sq ft townhouse ; all the other inspectors gave quotes for $400-500 - they said they'll spend an hour at the house so hence the higher price. Well Rhonda was there for over two hours and the report we got back was 100 pages, which we handed over to the builder. There was detailed pictures and explanations; the report came with a summary and inspection details. Rhonda went through floor by floor, spending 30 minutes plus on each floor and was meticulous with her findings and write ups. She came on time (I arrived late due to traffic). She also used her own yellow color highlighting to label the problem/defect, so the builder was able to find said problem/defect with ease afterwards. She also was able to take solid pictures of our roof, find unfilled spaces, discover inappropriate wooden structures and nails. She was super knowledgeable and explained to us things we were curious to learn. Rhonda did her detailed inspection and wrote very detailed findings; when she was walking to another level, we asked her questions and she was able to answer everything. A house is one of the largest purchases a person might ever make - you definitely want to have Rhonda and NextDay do the inspection because of the thorough experience, the attention to detail, and the builder was able to easily read & find the issues  to CORRECT it . NextDay Inspect gave a price that was more affordable compared to other companies , but spent twice as much time and Rhonda put together a ONE HUNDRED page of a report on a new construction build. I am very grateful to Rhonda & NextDay for the service I received, and will absolutely recommend to my friends and anyone who needs an inspection done. MORE AFFORDABLE, MORE TIME SPENT, and Rhonda really used her heart to go through the house and write up an amazing inspection report. Thank you!
