Mr. Short is a pleasure to work with. He has a wealth of experience and a positive attitude. He makes sure he understands what I'm after before he begins any work, and the one time we had a miscommunication, he cheerfully undid the work he'd just completed and repeated it to my specifications. I have been using Mr. Short's professional services since 2008, when I discovered a soft spot in the section roof over my garage. He did a wonderful job with that, so I hired him back to remodel my master bath. This involved completely gutting the room, rearranging the plumbing and HVAC, rewiring, installing a new soaking tub, replacing the tiny window with a much larger one, and redoing all the drywall. The end result was so beautiful, it still makes me happy every time I go in there. More recently, there was an incident with my roof leaking through the attic and into my bedroom. Mr. Short did the interior and exterior repairs and installed an attic fan while he was up there. My ceiling looks good as new, and I haven't had any further issues with the roof. I've engaged Mr. Short's services for various smaller projects as well, and he always shows up with a positive attitude and a solid work ethic. A good contractor is worth their weight in gold (which is worth quite a lot these days). I feel extremely fortunate to have found one of the best.
